I’ve been at Iron Stride for 5 months now, and it’s the best gym / personal fitness experience I’ve had to date. I set up an initial video consultation with Pete to discuss my goals and needs, arranged an initial session and took it from there. I was anxious initially but Pete soon made me feel comfortable and confident in the space and with the equipment. Pete has your interests at the forefront of what he does, and the gym has everything you need. As a personal trainer, Pete is evidently knowledgeable and experienced, diligent and punctual. His services are varied and tailored to suit, across training and nutrition help meet your specific goals. Would not hesitate to recommend Pete and Iron Stride Athletic. 💪🏻

I joined total rebuild 4 months ago and it was the best thing I did. My fitness levels are the best they have ever been, and cannot believe the changes to my body shape. James is extremely passionate about his job, and always gets the best from his clients. If you enjoy training with a great bunch of people, then this is the place to come. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!!! See you there!!

I went to Total Rebuild for a long while, I cannot express the change in body shape and fitness.It never got 'easy' it got tougher and you just get stronger. James is a driver, you never slack, you are supported and pushed with a great bunch of people' . I haven't been for a while and can't wait to be back, it changes your body and your mood - GET INVOLVED!! You will not regret it, these classes are no comparison to a gym work out!

It feels so good to be back in the gym again, and it was fantastic to see the transformation the unit has made since changing from Total Rebuild to Iron Stride. It’s got a real fresh look to it, the equipment is set out with enough space to maximise your workout whilst keeping yourself and others safe during the pandemic. As you walk in there is sanitiser and cleaning equipment. Just bring your own towel and water bottle. The booking system itself is really simple, clear and easy to navigate. Booking classes has never been easier. Once booked in, the class of the day is laid out for you with demonstrations and the chance to leave your workout results after each section, which I found brilliant to be able to help push myself to get to the top of that league! The classes themselves are hard but so so rewarding (but you get out what you put in..the harder you work, the harder it is). As a regular to Total Rebuild I know a lot of the members that attend and they’re all welcoming and supportive. It’s why I keep coming back. Hand on heart, it’s looks the best it’s looked in a long time and I’d encourage anyone (beginner or experienced) to try out Iron Side.

A great gym for all your needs - crossfit, kettle bells, circuits, Personal Training. It has the lot. Fun, high energy classes, easy parking, plenty of kit.
