Scott is a great coach. His sessions are very educational and his knowledge shines through in every aspect of his coaching.

He understands what I need to do get me to my next race or to keep playing netball injury free. He understands when to push and when to take a step back even when I don’t realise that myself. Scott has been a brilliant PT for me. I've only
been working with him for a relatively short
while but in that time I've learnt absolutely shed
loads about training and nutrition and would
not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Scott quickly corrected several things that I've
seemingly been doing incorrectly for years
(thinking I was doing them correctly). On the
squat I commonly in the past experienced knee
discomfort and thought that was normal, but
Scott made a couple of adjustments to my
technique, added weights and I felt no
discomfort at all.
I've got my first training programme through
with what we've been working on which is
challenging but achievable and clear, it came
with a video of him explaining what we are
doing, a reminder of main coaching points and
links to demonstrations of each exercise so I can
keep my phone on me and have him explain
things even when not in a PT session.
As I say, top bloke -friendly, motivating, and
super knowledgeable - if you need a PT don't
hesitate.
