Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! I've been working with Luke for the past 9 months and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've dropped body fat, increased strength and become more confident.
A great place to start if you're nervous or intimdated by big gyms, showing you the correct techniques to safely lift and activate the right muscles.

I started my personal training journey with Luke in October last year.
As an overweight, overworked, over 50 year old I didn’t have the confidence /time/ inclination to join a gym , so made enquiries with Body Reach. I decided to sign up for two PT sessions per week with online support/ monitoring.
This is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I feel I am investing in my health (and will hopefully look better !) Luke is a great motivator and very knowledgeable. I feel very confident in him as a trainer in making the workouts safe . He also makes you feel at ease.
Cannot recommend Body reach enough!!

Luke is a fantastic PT, he has created something really special in Body Reach, a small, personal fully equipped gym where under his guidance you are capable of limitless workouts. Equipment aside Luke has worked tirelessly to create a whole package that is far more than just lifting weights, Body Reach provides a whole package of excercise in and out of the gym, nutrition advice - not just a list of foods to eat but advice and guidance on what to eat and why, plus Luke is a really approachable and motivational guy, the amount of text messages, videos and voice notes I get make me feel like I'm not doing this alone. I would bet good money that the online packages with Kate are equally as good, I'm fortunate enough to be local, but if anything changed I'd take an online package without a doubt!

I absolutely loved my time coaching with Kate BodyReach! From our initial consultation she 100% understood my goals, and made tweaks to my plan as needed. During my 6 months coaching with Kate I was probably the most consistent I have ever been and looked forward to my workouts! What a team, Luke & Kate you are the best! I am heading towards my 60's and haven't been happy with my body for quite a while now. Have tried many instagram workout routines but never felt I achieved anywhere near my goals - Then I joined Bodyreach. I have been with Bodyreach now since May this year and am really beginning to see good results. The bodyreach team are what they say, a team! Always there to help you, give you encouragement and basically help you with your journey and end goals. Each week now I am seeing a change in my body and my eating is getting much better too - keeping within my calories (most days!) I can't recommend Bodyreach enough. Brilliant! Kate really knows what I need and she knows my personal situation and accommodates that into my programme. Easy going and full of encouragement and support. I workout at home and Kate has programmed my sessions for the equipment I have available. Although Kate is my on line PT, Luke is always there for tips and tutorials via Instagram. Luke really makes your trainingj ourney personal to you. You arent going to the gym doing the same stuff every time.He's always on hand for knowledge and support 24/7. They create bespoke training plans dependant on your goals and really listen to your goals to provide you the tools and the best support to get there. They have outstanding knowledge which means it so easy to put your faith in them and trust them to get you exactly where you want to be. I couldn’t recommend Body Reach anymore highly. When I started working with Luke, I had some really ingrained eating habits which I couldn’t see a break-away from to a more sustainable way of eating and living. Through use of facts and science, Luke really helped to re-train the way I saw ‘diets’ and the optimal use of food to achieve my goals whilst living a busy family and high pressure work life. Both Luke and Kate are so lovely, and totally understand the need to keep workouts achievable around all the other life commitments that also have to happen! Trained with Luke online and as a PT in the gym before I got pregnant. I've done every fad diet/training programme going over the years. Each one worked temporarily until I ended up starving, grumpy and different versions of 'skinny fat' as a result. Training with Luke was so different - I ate well, trained well and ended up in the best shape of my life. We were focusing on building strength and muscle and better eating habits rather than death by cardio which was much better for me for long term sustainable results. I always recommend him to everyone and will definitely get back to working with him post-pregnancy!

I did a 30 day challenge with body reach and had great results. Better than expected. My goal was to lose some weight and become leaner. I got exactly what I asked for! Everything was straight forward and the support was there when needed throughout the challenge. I have been training with Kate 1:1 during the second trimester of my pregnancy and couldn’t recommend a more knowing, understanding and amazing person to guide you through this journey. We attempted The program during the latter part of the first trimester, but due to my unpredictable pregnancy symptoms and still not feeling great, Kate agreed to freeze temporarily until I was feeling my best. This was the best thing to do! I have loved learning from Kate, and receiving the support I needed to maintain strength and motivation during my first pregnancy in order to prepare myself for labour and everything that comes after! You will not regret signing up to Body Reach at all - I can’t wait to resign once I’m back up and running after postpartum!

Started around 2 months ago with body reach, so far have been really well supported and have really enjoyed it. I am super busy with work, and often have social plans in my spare time and they really make it work around my lifestyle which makes it so much easier to follow. Luke is one of the best personal trainers i have ever met. He puts so much effort and attention into his clients needs and goals. I have been lucky enough to be working with luke for 6 weeks now. I won a competition for 4 weeks 1 on1 training. I thought I knew a bit about what I was doing, but I am still learning and Luke definitely knows what he is talking about.
The training plan is bespoke to you. This was obvious to me as it took into account the equipment available to me at home during lockdown 2.0. I was able to challenge a couple of the exercises and he instantly changed them to suit while still focusing on the muscle group we were working during that session.
I Recieved weekly updates via a video message then a drive forward chat to kick onto the next week. I have a bad day, where training wasn't happening I messaged him and told him I was struggling with the idea of actually working out. I just got a positive response, and encouraged to rest and start a fresh the next day.That is exactly what I did and smashed the session the next day!
Its not a diet fad or a quick fix,if you want then waste your money somewhere else!
If you want honest support form a trainer and you actually want to achieve your goals,then luke and Kate are the people who can help get you there.

The service is amazing and I would recommend it to any one, no question is too silly to ask and Kate is available 24:7 for anything.

Have been apart of body reach since lockdown started, i cannot fault luke and kate there for there amazing work they do! I have been apart of there community group and now have tailored workouts made for me, they are very challanging and workouts for all abilities, kate and Luke give you great advice, on all aspects of diet, fitness and health and teach you about having a balanced lifestyle, enjoying a glass of vino and a takeaway and still achieving your wanted goals without having to make too many sacrifices, mentally, physically and emotionally, would recommend body reach to anyone 🙂

Wow #believetheHype. Ladies and gents Body Reach is for real. After spending years of my life occupied by family and work commitments and indulging in these programs like insanity that looked good but gave me nothing but pains and confusion. I was introduced to BodyReach and I've just seen my before and after pics since I started till now.. And I can't be more chuffed.
With coach Lukes guidance I've started to eat smarter healthier and working out more efficient.
I honestly can't stress enough how pleased I am.
All questions and guidance makes sooo much sense and the motivation is fantastic.. With Dailly acces to your couch and weekly progress reviews you really can't go wrong the app the team uses to log everything you eat your tailored workouts and all your metric information it's done with such ease.
My advice would be DON'T DO IT ALONE. Experience and guidance can save you so much time and money by not wasting it on the wrong THINGS you maybe doing… not only do you see the transformation and the various transition Bodyreach are also educating you at the same time.
