I cannot recommend Ian programs enough.
The workouts were tailor-made to my goals. Meals plan suggestions also made for vegans.

Over Christmas I felt I was at my heaviest, I was unfit, had no confidence and just felt pretty rubbish, I needed help, so I signed up to the gymwolfs 12 week kick start and absolutely loved it. Ian has taught me how to count my calories, and that i can have meals/nights out without the guilt as its all about balancing the good with the bad, I also have a new love for the gym (something I never thought I'd say) my workouts fit in perfectly with my busy lifestyle and I actually enjoy doing them! In 3 months I lost a total of 17 inches from all over which made my confidence shoot up to the point I felt comfortable wearing a bikini on holiday.. I cannot recommend Ian enough, I've even signed up for a further 6 months as his program actually does work but I'm not quite where I want to be yet. Ian offers real advise and guidance to which the results speak for themselves..

I was nervous starting out on my post baby body blitz! I needn’t have been as Ian was very friendly and helpful from the moment we started our training plan. I’m a 43 year old mum of 3 and business owner trying to spin many plates. I took a 6 month online PT package with Ian and was really happy with the service. Ian created multiple training routines for me ranging from gym-based weights, outdoor agility, outdoor calisthenics and indoor workouts with no equipment.
Overall, it really opened my eyes to the lack of intensity in my previous workout routines that I made myself and Ian ways always on hand to provide advice and make edits to the routines.
I also found his app intuitive and easy to use.

Ian at GymWolfPT was my personal trainer online for 4 months. I was really impressed by his depth of knowledge and he created a series of workouts that made me significantly stronger. The programme was motivating enough that even during a period of moving house I was still able to keep up with the exercise. I also found that the core strength helped with my tennis game. I initially signed up with GymwolfPT in April 2021 on Ian’s 12 week plan. I have however now stayed on with Ian as a full time client because not only do the results of Ian’s programs speak for themselves, but Ian’s knowledge and experience is second to none. I have used other ‘online’ coaching services in the past where you are given a workout program and then left to your own devices. The good thing about GymwolfPT is that Ian is very approachable and communicates throughout to answer any questions.
GymwolfPT therefore is the best of both worlds: the flexibility of an online trainer but with the added personal touch of a face to face trainer

Ian has been brilliant, I was worried about eating correctly as a veggie who is fussy but support snd advice form him and I am eating less but better and the key thing is correctly, balancing nutrients. The workouts he sorted for me factored my personal circumstances like my health issues and ability. However, I decided in mid Sept to sign up for a FULL YEAR'S tailored PT programme. I honest wish I had done it sooner.
The programming is fantastic and really tailored to your fitness goals and also aligned to the type of equipment you have available either at your gym or at home or both!.
The platform he uses for the programmes is very user friendly and easily navigated. Ian currently changes my programme every six weeks and makes sure its aligning to my current goals.
He also checks in regularly via the message facility on the platform, with motivational messages and checking on my progress. He also has full access to MyFitnessPal so he can keep a track on my food choices and give me some helpful advice.
I also upload my weekly progress pictures and measurements which is fab to see all of the pics and stats side by side so you can visually see your programme at a glance.

Where do I start? I met Ian through a social media connection. We had a conversation about the release of his first E-book and instantly hit it off. I enquired about his 1-1 personal training sessions because I feel they are more beneficial for me.

WOW Ian has talent and knowledge. I walked into the session very anxious and unaware of the new surroundings. Ian made me feel very welcome and, is very approachable and friendly! Having been involved in the sport and fitness industry to over 30 years during my time in rugby league and endurance sport I have working alongside and with numerous coaches, trainers and conditioners so I have extensive insight and experience in considering which coach would suit me. I strongly believe the standard of personal trainers and fitness coaches has never been higher and I can suggest twenty quality coaches I know, In life sometimes you have to experiment and test things to assess if they fit with you, remember that comfortable bed or pair of running shoes that just work- the same goes for a fitness coach. Now Ian was well known to me as a coach on a professional basis and I took time to research his approach, ethos and methods to fully ensure he was the right choice for me. As an endurance athlete- former GB Age Group Duathlete, World Championship, European Championship and UK Championship Obstacle Course Racing qualified athlete I have to balance cardio based training with strength and conditioning and need to be constantly mindful that any training session needs to be progressive and challenging without resulting in stiffness, soreness and tiredness which may affect my next quality session. I spoke with Ian at great length, he took time to listen and ask questions about my work, family and current training commitments to provide a structured programme that will enable me to progress, improve and transform my performance levels that compliments my weekly availability and endurance training. He is always approachable, motivating and seeking feedback to make sure the training sessions are effective, challenging and achievable with weekly contact. One of the benefits Ian has is that everything is online, tracking, sessions motivation which when working or competing away from home can still be completed but a safety net that I can get 1-2-1 in house support should I need any help. Ian provides and end to end service covering nutrition (this fits alongside food preferences and no recipes that require 30 ingredients) via the food diary which has been calculated to a clients individual macros not a generic off the shelf suggestion, I cannot recommend Ian highly enough, his advice and programme has seem me progress consistently in a structured manageable and motivational manner that fits perfectly with my lifestyle and commitments.

Fantastic dietary information, you don’t have to go with everything, but there are some really great flavours with the right nutritional balance.

Due to a combo of your previous programmes and sticking to a decent calorie deficit outside your stuff, I've lost 3 stone in the last 2 years so I'm fairly happy at the minute. Still got some stubborn fatty bits but you can imagine they are more than manageable now. Cheers for your help.
