Jon has been an excellent PT for the past 10 months. I went in with no fitness and no idea where I wanted to go, only to get fitter. He helped me reach that goal and in turn helped my find my love for new sports! He is very flexible and provides a private work out space if that's what you prefer - I liked that due to my early lack of confidence. Highly recommend him for anyone starting out fitness or with a specific goal in mind - he helped me run my first 5k!

I have enjoyed the work outs since joining Jon’s online workout sessions in the Christmas period of 2020. I am biased as I created his logo, however his enthusiasm and challenging workouts which you can do at your own pace are just the job whether you are looking to get fitter or motivate yourself to bigger fitness goals. I have been training with Jonathan on a one to one basis three time per week since September 2020.

JT’s sessions are fantastic, I would happily recommend them to anyone who is interested in improving their fitness levels. He varies them from one session to the next to cater for all and to keep it interesting. I have benefitted from group sessions and one individual session pre-lockdown and now his online sessions during lockdown; all have been exceptional. Since March I have lost weight and feel fitter than I have done for years. My 16 year old son also now joins a couple of sessions a week and he also feels he is benefitting from them.
JT is a good motivator and very knowledgeable, he will happily chat through anything to do with the sessions on or offline. Top bloke and top fitness instructor!

During the lockdown Jonathon from JT Fitness has provide a full suite of virtual fitness classes ranging from beginners and above. The classes provide full body workout including cardio, Abs, body conditioning, weights and legs bums and tums.
