I adore the workouts and being challenged mentally and physically. Great coaches who make it fun whilst ensuring safety. Not just about toning up, people are friendly, and never a dull moment no matter the weather. It got me out of the house while I was recovering from my grief, and got back into my favourite jeans.

I've been coming to the bootcamp sessions in Reading for a year now. These are great workouts that cater to all fitness levels, developed by knowledgeable, friendly coaches. The group is really nice too and, because each session is different, it never gets boring. Unlike most fitness classes I've tried in the past, I'm always looking forward to the next bootcamp. The perfect way to get fitter while having fun.

I have never thought I will enjoy outdoor hard core exercise so much, but Susi has proven me wrong. I thoroughly enjoy the classes due to various levels to choose from, being fun as every session is different so you never get bored and great attitude and atmosphere created by the instructors and our group - it feels like a community. I have been going to Bootcamp UK Reading for over a year and have seen a massive improvement in my fitness and body.
Prior to attending Bootcamp I had not done very much exercise so was a little nervous but everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I have made some wonderful friends!
No two sessions are the same and they are packed with fun and challenging exercises.
Susi is a wonderful instructor who will demonstrate all the exercise making them look incredibly easy before the session starts and will always ensure you have the correct form and will make sure you are pushing yourself! Jonah is a great instructor too who enjoys tabata style sessions playing some funky tunes including the YMCA! 🤣
Come and join a wonderful like minded group of people with all sorts of fitness abilities who all cheer encourage and support each other!

I joined the Bootcamp Reading team in April to help prepare myself for a Tough Mudder event. I joined using the 10 sessions for £10 offer and 6 months on and I am still there! I struggle a little with confidence and hate the gym environment but from my very first session I was made to feel welcome by everyone. Susi and Jonah are both great instructors and I love that no two sessions are the same. There are always alternatives to every exercise so you can push yourself as little or as much as you like with no judgement from others. If you want to work out with an amazing, welcoming group of people then you really should give Bootcamp Reading a go.

I joined Bootcamp UK Reading two months ago after 4 years of doing no excercise whatsoever. No 2 sessions have been the same. Great workout, lovely and welcoming group of people, lots of fun and all this outdoors no matter what the weather. I come home charged with energy, good mood and fitter than ever. I was a little nervous about doing a Bootcamp class as my fitness ability was not the best but the instructor Susi, put me at ease straight away. She’s lovely and ensured me there was a real mix of abilities and that she catered to all.
I love the fact that no bootcamp session is the same! Susi seems to come up with new and exciting ways to exercise all the time and the games that we get involved with completely make you forget that you’re doing any exercise at all.
The ‘regulars’ that go to Bootcamp UK Reading are really friendly and make you feel really involved during the paired and teamwork.
I have seen a massive improvement in my ability and fitness since going to Bootcamp and my confidence has really grown too. I’m proud to say I’m part of ‘Team Reading’ in the extended Bootcamp Family (who I met at the recent Bootcamp UK Families BBQ) and I look forward to every session.

its been over a year since i joined bootcamp reading. Enjoy every time we workout together and anxiously wait for the next session. I joined BCUK Reading 3 months ago. Quite frankly I was terrified at the thought of working out with loads of 'super fit' people which is a common preconception when picturing an outdoor Bootcamp. I was so unfit... but 3 months later I'm attending every session (happily!) and feeling fitter, stronger and more confident then I have ever felt! Susi, Jonah and James are AMAZING!! They are so encouraging and each exercise is tailored to your own level of fitness. So the super fit people can continue to be super fit and the not so super fit people (Me!) can build on their fitness without fear of judgement or feeling stupid. From day 1 I was welcomed and felt so at home. The people who attend are just brilliant and whilst we work hard we also have a good laugh along the way. I'm now feeling confident enough to sign up for some fitness events and wear my BCUK Reading t-shirt with pride. And this is coming from someone who literally hated exercise, made every excuse not to exercise and refused to join a gym. If I can do it and love it so much then honestly anyone can!

I've been a member of this bootcamp for almost 6 months now. I'm healthier and stronger mentally and physically. No session is the same and it really pushes you to your best abilities. Susi and Jonah are very knowledgable and know how to keep you motivated as well as other members encouragement that really helps you push every session. we are a mini bootcamp family and we have some good laughs too 😃
