I came across Jay’s instagram during the first lockdown, having now continued to train in his gym for the last couple of years. I’m so happy I did as it’s been great both physically and mentally for me! Jay is an incredible trainer with great patience and can adapt his style depending on who is training no matter the age. I’ve joined in with the group training on Monday and Wednesdays and there’s always such a friendly group. I would highly recommend Jay he really pushings and motivates you to want to better your fitness! He’s also a really lovely guy!

Booked some sessions at Boxin2Shape in summer 2021 after 9Round closed its doors during the pandemic in Reading. Being a little sceptical about whether training with an actual boxer and working on boxing technique would be something that would overshadow the need to get fit and lose some weight, Jay quickly calmed any concerns. The setup is clean, bright and easy to find and park at. Simply put, Jay is awesome! He works you hard in the sessions, but somehow in a friendly yet assertive - whilst fun - way. Let’s be clear though, you will be worked to the max, no session we have done in the last 8 months has been anything other than hard - you’ll sweat, your heart will pump and every muscle in your body will not like you for it, but 10 mins after a session your body will forgive you! If you want to lose weight, add strength, speed and/or stamina to your overall health and fitness, then B2S is definitely worth considering.

I love the pad work it helps me deal with all of life’s stresses Each week can bring, anxiety , low mood, anger It sets me up for my week / weekend! Deffo recommend - he is brilliant !

I’ve recently started working out at the gym, 1-2-1 sessions and groups all the PT’s are amazing. Zaylie is great she really pushes you and keeps switching up every session. Highly recommend!
