I first attended Lucy’s “workshop on yoga for sports” at Yoga Reading, a wonderful two hour session. It was so informative and useful, and the extended yoga flow was challenging yet relaxing. Lucy created a really warm and welcoming environment. Her varied sporting background really shows and it meant she could really tailor the experience for the aims and level of all those in the group. Thanks Lucy - have since loved coming to more of your fab yoga sessions and bodyweight conditioning online classes - so fun and really got a sweat on!

Lucy is amazing. She has been my virtual PT / Yoga teacher for a while now and has really helped me to set up a home yoga routine while also combat my mummy aches and pains. She is an amazing post-natal coach for getting yourself back into shape - both mentally and physically - after having children, and I’m so pleased to have met her. She is kind, warm and knowledgable and through working with her, she has now become such a close friend.

I've been training - mostly yoga, but also some body conditioning - with Lucy for almost two years now. Her classes have been consistently brilliant; enjoyable, engaging, and adapted to her audience. Her wealth of experience as a trainer and yoga teacher mean she's brilliant at offering modifications to exercises and moves so that those of us with injuries can still participate fully in class. Can't recommend enough!

I’ve known Lucy for many years as both my yoga teacher and a fellow fitness professional. Her dedication, passion and knowledge shine through in her classes. She’s compassionate and delivers an extremely high level yoga practice in all her classes. I always feel amazing during and after and would not hesitate to recommend.

Lucy was my personal trainer for about 2 years (only ending due to Lucy moving from Brighton to Reading). What I loved about my sessions were the fact that even though they were physically tough they were always really varied, really tailored to my body and really good fun. Lucy brings a holistic mix of yoga, kettle bells and body weight training as well as diet. At the end of our time I was in the best shape of my life. She is sorely missed!

Lucy is a true gem. Experienced in pregnancy fitness and most importantly post natal fitness she not only motivates you to move well and properly but her kindness, warmth and total lack of any judgment make her a joy to spend a hour with. I’ve done a combination of yoga and fitness training with her and both are varied, brilliantly fun and professionally put together sessions that have helped me regain fitness in a safe way after having babies! I highly recommend!

Lucy has been working with me for 4 months since the birth of my second baby. I didn't get myself back together after my first and so this time I was committed to tackling my fitness and strength from as soon as I was able. We started working really early, working to bed activity into our routine and focussing on strength and stretching. We've moved onwards to a great place where I'm strong, have lost nearly 2 stone and I can be the sort of fit, active mum to my 2 babies that I hoped to be. Lucy is both a trainer and a confidant. She'll work your body and be there for your mind as you take on parenting. She's exceptionally knowledgeable about women's bodies, the impact of childbirth and on how to build back to the self you want to be — safely. We're continuing our journey as I go back to work and her flexibility to support working mums is something you don't often find in a PT. All in all... a gem of a find. x

I highly recommend Lucy's Vinyasa Flow yoga courses to anyone and everyone, no matter what level of experience of yoga.
After my first Vinyasa Flow Yoga session with Lucy, I knew that I had enlisted on something pretty special. Each week is different, we will concentrate on different chakras, intentions or areas of the body. Amongst the many Asanas (yoga poses) Lucy will mix in informative readings, learnings and ancient Sanskrit language, all enhancing our connection with our practice in class and beyond. The soundtrack varies each week and incorporates my kind of music. There's a drop of funk and soul and an array of other feel-good tunes which amplifies the happiness generated by practicing yoga. The delicate scent of incense or essential oils, that Lucy uses to promote relaxation, is another sensory experience not left out.
I have turned up to class in various emotional states, due to outside life occurrences, and I am always thankful that I've attended. I find myself smiling inside and out during a class and feel so refreshed when I leave.
You cannot fail to deepen your learning and your practice, and will no doubt experience a realisation that yoga with Lucy should probably be a compulsory component in your life from now on.
Thanks a million Lucy, you rock!

Last year I was preparing for a show where I had to show my belly.
I decided to ask Lucy to help me with exercises and food choices to help me get my belly out and feel proud.
Lucy was happy to use face time for personal training work outs which I loved as I did not have to waste time and petrol travelling and could jump straight in the shower after.
Lucy showed me and watched me perform all the different moves giving me feedback on posture, breathing etc. Lucy also was very positive and a great teacher.
I love the different routines Lucy made for me and I have found them VERY useful during lockdown. I loved the virtual workout before this time but it is totally necessary now.
I loved how Lucy did not judge my dietary choices (I am a vegan) and she adapted her advice to suit me rather then to try to tell me what I should do.
Lucy was so helpful in letting me know if I was getting protein etc everyday and had great advice where I could gain more knowledge from re vitamins etc.
I started to see my abs before the show and the excercises have helped me once again as I had been eating too much vegan cake since lockdown and all I had to do was do three of Lucy's workouts a week instead of one a week and sure enough I can see results again very quickly.

Lucy is an amazing personal trainer and yoga teacher. What she doesn’t know about the body isn’t worth knowing. She is also super kind, extremely personable and very knowledegable. You can't ask too much of Lucy.

We had a 1:1 baby massage session for our daughter who has trouble sleeping, we found the baby massage techniques were great to help settle her a bit more in the evening. Lucy is very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. She really puts you at ease. Highly recommend!
