This is a great Bootcamp. Chris delivers a structured program which builds fitness in a safe way. It's a mixture of strength and HIIT work and is surprisingly great fun.

A good park boot camp in Caversham Meadows.
Chris and his bootcampers are super friendly and welcoming. All the standard activities - warm up, running drills, circuits with a mix of body weight activities. Really nice vibe, and a decent price.
Not for those who want a tough session or who really want to push themselves. When I suggested the rest time could be a little shorter to make it more challenging, Chris suggested I'd be better with 'military fitness'. So, great for some, not for others.

I'd never done any kind of exercise like this before and I've now been a member of Peak XV Fitness for the last two years. By attending 2 or 3 boot camps per week I have improved my overall health, fitness and have also improved my hobby of skiing. I've also lost a stone and a half. There is a great bunch of people that attend at all different ages and fitness levels. I would 100% recommend this bootcamp. Thank you for everything you do, Chris.
