I'm really happy with the results from my online training programme with Tom. The programme itself was easy to follow. The workouts were interesting and varied, with a good mix of weights and cardio, some shorter and some longer workouts which made them easy to fit in my schedule. The nutrition was great - no meal plan to follow, just target amounts for calories and macros. This made it really easy to stick to and I didn't feel like I was dieting at all!
The results from the program were great- I've not just lost weight but am also feeling much fitter, healthier and more confident.

This is such a well equipped gym and Tom is great at putting together really varied workouts which makes it interesting and means the time flies by. Which is good when you’ve got my kind of attention span. I’ve now tried some exercises that I’ve never done before. And will never do at home. Really glad I signed up.
