I have been really enjoying my PT sessions with Judy. She is very supportive and motivates me to push myself. She has tailored my training plan and also organises monthly challenges for me to help me to smash my goals. I have already seen a huge improvement in my strength and training abilities as well as the positive impact the training sessions have had on my mental wellbeing. Judy is an amazing personal trainer. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Excellent Personal Trainer, friendly, knowledgeable and invested in getting the best for you, highly recommend. If you train with Judy, you'll always get a carefully planned workout programme, no matter how long you work with her. I have felt my fitness levels improve hugely during the course of my 6 week program. I used to exercise on a treadmill but developed leg pain. Judit devised an exercise program specific to my needs to enable the leg pain to heal. I worked on range of exercises to always being doing something different, varying weight-bearing exercises with cardiovascular ones, whilst building strength, balance and endurance. Lots of gentle encouragement along with challenge. I’ve stopped feeling guilty about not doing enough and have found a good balance to fit into my busy schedule!
