By training with Spencer, I have been able to achieve much more than anything I've managed on my own: In only a few months, my fitness level has improved greatly, thanks to the tailored sessions and training plans based on my own goals and fitness.
Working with Spencer has also massively increased my knowledge of training and nutrition outside of our sessions, leading to a much healthier lifestyle.
I've no doubt I will meet my personal goals we've set out so if you're looking for a personal trainer, I really couldn't recommend Spencer enough.

I saw Spencer as I wanted to achieved goals in terms of strength and weight loss. My strength goals were to increase my pull ups from 7 to 15 repetitions and to increase my deadlift. My weight loss goals was to lose 5kgs. Thanks to Spencer’s advice and expertise both of these goals were achieved. The added challenge for Spencer was that I lost a leg in an accident; however, he was able to adapt exercises according to my specific needs. The home workout plans were varied and interesting. Unlike when training on my own or following a generic plan I found the exercises challenging and enjoyable.
I am a physiotherapist and spend a lot of time discussing exercise and I learnt a great deal from Spencer about exercise technique, repetition and dosage.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spencer’s personal training services to anyone and I have already recommended him to friends and family.

I've been training with Spencer for the last 6 months and I highly recommend him.
He has kept me motivated on both exercise and nutrition as well as building my confidence in the gym. After discussing my personal goals, he tailored an individual diet and training plan to help me achieve them. Every session, Spencer creates a professional and energetic environment to bring the best out of me. Training in his personal gym, I feel less self-conscious which enables me to push myself further and achieve more.

I've had many personal trainers over the years and by far Spence has given me the best results by his unique mixture of absolute professionalism, personability and experience combined with incredible insight into your own limitations.
I've a disability with my shoulder which has hampered my own fitness regimes but he has routinely made it a non issue and worked around it.
I am in better shape after a matter of weeks with him than I have been in years. I went from couch shaped to in shape in dizzying fast speed. He is brilliant in pushing you, never too far, but in all the right ways.
He makes the important issues of healthy fitness to you abundantly clear, and helps you pragmatically achieve your goals.
He masters friendliness with professionalism to drive you in a way I've not had before between the trainers I have engaged with.
He has never pushed me past my limits, yet drives me to better myself in a healthy and progressive fashion in both our training sessions and in personal time with work and so importantly, your food.
I cannot stress enough the results I've seen from seeing him for just a few months. I am stronger, healthier, and infinitely more in shape than I could have imagined in the short time he has been guiding me.

I really can’t recommend Spencer enough. Whatever your level or desired outcome I think Spencer has the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals. He has an excellent coaching style which he uses to educate you on the why’s and how’s whilst motivating you and pushing you forward to ensure you can feel the hard work pay off. There are no short cuts, but having someone beside you who knows the best route, really does make the world of difference.

I signed up for one2one personal training with Spencer because I had lost faith in the Gym and myself and I was struggling to improve my running despite all the effort I was putting in.
After 12 weeks of training I have seen fantastic results, I have dropped a dress size and lost nearly a stone in weight along with improving my 5k run time by over 5 mins.
I really enjoy the workout sessions with Spencer he is tough and makes you work hard but still makes it fun as well and the results are worth it.
I would highly recommend Spencer to anyone no matter what your personal goals are he will help you find a way to achieve them.

I highly recommend Spencer as a Personal Trainer.
After lots of research on personal trainers in Reading I decided to go with Spencer.
I signed up to a 12 week programme with the aim of toning all over and increasing my strength.
The result after training with Spencer for 12 weeks was that I felt toned, stronger, healthier, had more energy and confidence.
I can now fit into clothes that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing and wear them with confidence.
I have continued beyond the 12 week programme because I am benefitting so much from the training and I really enjoy it too.
Spencer keeps me motivated, has great enthusiasm and is realistic with goals. He mixes up the exercises each week which keeps the training fun and interesting.
Spencer gives great nutritional advice, is supportive and is safe to work with.

Spencer has a great private set up. Large air conditioned room with top equipment. Spencer is very passionate about getting you to achieve your goals. From setting you out a plan to improve your fitness and healthy eating. Highly recommended!

Whilst Spencer is very easygoing he takes his training very seriously. I've made great gains in strength and fitness over the last twelve months and found the one to one sessions informative and very enjoyable. I've just completed a tough Himalyan mountain trek which I wouldn't have been able to complete before training with Spencer. I would definitely recommend Spencer to anyone looking for a PT.

I trained with Spencer for 6 months to learn how to put together my own training programme and to manage my weight. I turned up not knowing the difference between a bar bell and a dumb bell and now I can put together my own strength training and HIIT workouts. Spencer is very focused and result oriented personal trainer, he would first and foremost understand your goals, and then build a practical training plan tailored to your timeline, I have been training 3 days a week with him for last 3 months and have achieved tremendous results, with a mix of strength and tabata training, have lost 10 pounds, whilst built muscle at the same time. He is fun to train with and mixes things up if there are any chronic pains and injuries to ensure that you get maximum results from the training sessions. He has good knowledge about nutrition as well, and can recommend how to manage that to achieve weight loss goals. Would highly recommend him. Thanks!

Great personal trainer. Really knows his stuff (both training and nutrition). Highly recommended - I have seen more results with him than 2 years + of going to the gym. Be prepared to work hard though!!! (but so worth it)
