Never in a million years did I think I would love going to the gym let alone survive a PT session!! I feel totally at ease with Tom and in the gym where we train, and can already see the results. If you want to get into health & fitness and achieve your goals, but feel embarrassed or intimidated, look no further. Tom is my gym hero and could be yours too

Having been out of training for a while due to injury I had hit a bit of a brick wall. Tom was recommended to me by a friend and I can honestly say he doesn’t get the credit he deserves. His knowledge, expertise, patience and ability to adapt to any needs really makes him stand out from other PTs I’ve used in the past.
He’s both relatable and an all round nice guy which makes it more fun when he’s really pushing you to your limits of both strength and cardiovascular training.
I would highly recommend Tom to all my friends and family & anyone else who needs that kick up the arse, or is a beginner looking for a place to start their fitness journey.

I found Tom when i was struggling to motivate myself or make any progress with my fitness alone. Nearly a year later and Tom has completely re-motivated me and transformed my attitude towards exercise, nutrition, and my general health and well being.

I can thoroughly recommend Tom for diet and fitness training.
I have reduced mobility, so exercise is not the easiest for me, but it wasn't a problem for Tom. He tailor made my diet and fitness plan to my needs easily and was always on hand to help when I needed to ask questions.
He taught me how to manage my diet for the long term as a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix and gave me the confidence to carry on with it all on my own moving forwards.
In 11wks I have lost 1 stone and 14cms around my stomach, which is brilliant for me as I really wanted to lose my belly for my wedding in August!
Before I started I was stretching a size M shirt and now I can comfortably fit into a Small no problem. I am so pleased with the progress and cannot recommend Tom highly enough.
