I started coming to the power wave class a couple of months ago and it’s great! It’s a quick but effective workout and Jo is great at encouraging you to get your best out of your workout. It’s also a positive and friendly environment to be in. I’ve just recently started doing the yoga class too and it makes a great start to the week.

Jo is a wonderful trainer, understanding my fitness needs and guides me where needed. Her classes are friendly, welcoming and fun. I really enjoy the powerwave sessions as they have real impact but the yoga is great for helping me stretch and wind down.

Jo offers a variety of classes including HIIT and Yoga classes. She listens carefully to your personal fitness goals and supports you to achieve them. What is also fab is a lot of the classes are outside in the fresh air. Would fully recommend Jo as a class instructor and personal trainer.
