Debs is fantastic! I was struggling with motivation and working towards my fitness goals, so decided to take the leap and get a PT and I am so glad I found Debs. Debs listened to my needs and goals, and created bespoke training for me that she adjusts and tweaks as necessary to make sure I stay on track. She is the perfect balance of kind but firm, and manages to challenge me whilst remaining encouraging. We always have a laugh in our sessions too, which I really appreciate!

Having suffered with low back pain for the past 3 years I was nervous when looking for a personal trainer but luckily I found Debbie and I wouldn't go anywhere else now because I feel safe with her.
Debbie has helped me strengthen my core and back and feel stronger and fitter as well as making sure I'm doing the exercises correctly.
I can honestly say the training sessions fly by and I always feel so good after.

I have been training with Debs for the past couple months and love her natural easy and engaging approach coupled with clear and firm commitment to my development and growth. She has a fabulous energy and really knows her stuff, walking the talk, role modelling fitness and health without intimidating in any way. She really listens to me and in turn helps me listen and tune into my body and works to build strength and fitness without creating injuries! I have had so many personal trainers in the past where I do a heavy workout that is then negated as I am either injured or can't move for the following 2 weeks! Debs is such a good PT I really look forward to our early morning session. Debs gentle pushes and encourages and my strength has built up over the last 10 weeks without me noticing. I started with Debs at Bourne Training in 2018 through a friends recommendation. It has been one of the best things I've ever done. I've spent years going to various local fitness classes and then stopping as I felt they became repetitive, dull and generally catered to the masses.
My fitness and shape wasn't great and so I needed someone to show me how to enjoy fitness as a way of life rather than a chore. Debs brings so much knowledge, variety and energy to everything she does that you just want to keep going back for more. Debs is always further educating herself or swotting up on any issues (I have a shoulder issue and so Debs is always providing ways to work around this without me missing out).
As well as the great choice of friendly classes, I have one to one PT sessions outside in The New Forest and it beats the gym anyday for me. If you like the outdoors, whatever weather, it won't disappoint. The ever-changing scenery and fresh air does wonders on it's own, let alone getting fit too, plus the time flies by.
I've reached so many milestones. From someone that used to hate exercise, I can't get enough of it now. It doesn't take over my life nor am I stuck in an overcrowded gym. My fitness has gone from strength to strength, and the benefits to my general health has been immense. I've lost many inches and a fair few pounds, all whilst still being able to enjoy life and not being on a fad diet thanks to Debs at Bourne Training.
I can't recommend Debs enough if you want to improve your fitness, lose some inches and feel fantastic, or even just join in on a friendly and enjoyable fitness class.

Debs is a fantastic PT that takes the time to really get to know her clients and customise routines to fit their individual needs and goals. It is great to get out and train in the New Forest rather than queuing for machines and being surrounded by people in the gym. As someone who is pretty out of shape and was apprehensive about getting back into working out regularly Debs' enthusiasm and passion for exercise has rubbed off and has improved both my physical and mental health. Her advise on making healthy food choices and recipe suggestions has also given me the push to make much needed changes in all aspects of my weight loss journey. I highly recommend Debs to everyone!
