I joined Faiza's Saturday ladies only fitness classes and one to one training once a week. My main goal was simply to start exercising and using more weights. She is always giving advice on what we should eat, according to any health issues we have. My workout plan is slightly different to others and Faiza has showed me how to improve my diet. I love the blueberries smoothie which she had recommended. Really does help!
I feel really comfortable while training with her. You can see a friend in her and she will help you in every way.
I really enjoy every session and look forward to the next one. I can feel, I have achieved and will achieve more as I train with her.

I joined Faiza's Saturday morning running club late last year (2021). My main goal was simply to start exercising and re-gain some physical strength in my legs.
Faiza has given me the drive, motivation, and confidence to do this and to push myself further every session. Unbelievably I have now taken part in the 5K park-run 3 times! This is down to the support, encouragement, and training from Faiza.
Faiza is not only professional in her approach but is good company and fun (and she puts up with my jokes!). She easily adapts session based on how you are feeling which is great.
The fact that I get out of bed so early to get to training at 8am on a Saturday morning is testament to her abilities as an amazing personal trainer.
She is always giving advice on what we should eat, or additional exercises and stretches to incorporate. She takes a holistic approach to her training and will tailor and adapt each session as needed.
She has encouraged me to push myself out of my comfort zone. I really enjoy every session as not only does it feel invigorating afterwards but there is also a sense of achievement.
It’s fantastic that we have an amazing female trainer in Southampton.

Training can be hard as one is brought out of your comfort zone. She is amazing in knowing how, when and how much to push to reassure or to comfort you in each session.
