I first approached Kuba to help me with a ring muscle up and things just spiralled from there. My first ring muscle up took nearly 2 years to achieve what with an injury, starting a new business and covid. Kuba never gave up on me. Kuba inspired me to start developing some handstand skills. This goes way beyond just balancing upside down, I’ve seen massive improvements in my strength, coordination and mobility. I absolutely love practicing, for me it’s like meditation. I don’t think about anything else during my sessions which gives me a complete break from real life. We work mostly online as I live quite remotely but when time allows we also have face to face sessions. If you don’t like going to a gym or looking for something that will complement your current activities I would highly recommend talking to Kuba.

Kuba is an amazing PT that understands mind and body when it comes to training. I have been with him for a year working on strength and aiming towards getting a handstand. Within this time I have developed my headstands significantly to garner more control (see my video), nearly got to a breakthrough point with handstands, learnt to do crows and generally toned and strengthened myself and gained more bodily awareness in exercises. This is all thanks to the guidance and training Kuba has provided. On top of all this he always considers personal aspects and tailors the training to your needs making it ideal for everyone and anyone. I highly recommend his services!

Kuba is an amazing teacher who knows all the details needed to approach movement and handstands. He's creating a fun and safe environment to explore new ideas and he's making sure you understand every aspect. If you want to learn handstand but you're a bit afraid of falling Kuba will teach you safe ways of exiting from a handstand and will help you understand and learn new ways of reactions to a fall. He'll explain the importance of slowing everything down and how to strengthen and mobilise before approaching handstands. Highly recommended!!! 🌸

When I started my sessions with Kuba, I was over 24 stone. Kuba showed me that even then, my body can do amazing movements and more importantly - it felt great after. 😌 What can I write. 💪 Kuba is a great personal trainer. ☝ He helped me a lot after my leg surgery (and I had a broken leg in my shin). He showed me how training can look different and enjoy it.
