Having worked with Jack for a few years now, I can highly recommend him. From the start he listened to my concerns about my back issues and designed an exercise regime to suit me. I enjoy the sessions as they are varied and I never know what exercises he is going to get me to do!

After suffering with yet another flare up of neck and shoulder pain, I decided to look for a professional physio that could help relieve my locked neck/shoulders, and assess the root of the problem.
I am so glad I found Karla at Precision Health and Fitness. Karla had a really welcoming and empathetic manner and gave a thorough examination and diagnosis to my injury. Karla remained professional and was incredibly informative throughout the treatment, and explained at each step what she was doing, and why this would benefit me.
Karla provided me with exercises and after care to continue at home, as well as an exceptional sports massage.
After leaving my first appointment, my range of movement was already so much better, albeit a bit sore!

Having had ongoing Shoulder and Hamstring issues for several months, I decided to Jack for Physio/PT. I was immediately impressed by the thorough assessment Jack carried out, mapping out my strengths and weaknesses. Jack then tailored my programme to improve my weaknesses - There were a fair few! Roll on a few months and both injuries have improved dramatically and we are now starting to focus on more strength training. Jack always keeps sessions fun, varied and relaxed, whilst ensuring they are progressive and delivering results!
Overall, Jack is a great trainer who provides a very personal, tailored experience to his clients. I would recommend him to anyone, regardless of their level of fitness.

So 9 months ago I ruptured both my patella tendons, this was a freak injury and both tendons snapped holding my knees in place. The surgery was a success and then I was in a wheelchair for the next 12 weeks. At first Jack came to my house every 3 weeks to give my legs a massage and keep the blood moving about. This was great and it was something I looked forward to, this eased the pain and helped with me moving my legs out of bed and into the wheelchair. At this stage I was still at 30 degrees with the callipers I had on, so I couldn’t do
much. Then I had the 20 staples removed from each leg and my quad muscles had completely gone, so now I had to build them up. Jack was still visiting and now gave me a personal exercise plan along with the massage. At the 3 month stage I now started to walk and had the callipers release to 120 degrees, now I was using my legs more. I was
getting more and more muscle aches and cramps in my calf muscles. I was looking forward to the sports massage from Jack - this felt amazing, the day after this was done my walking and moving about was
so much better and I think this and the swimming helped my recovery the most. At 6 months my surgeon had completed the MRI scan and said
he was happy to sign me off and was so impressed with my recovery, my legs had grown 3 inches on the quads and the patellar tendon felt all
good. So now I was visiting Jack at his gym and we could increase the load, now our session is split into two, some recovery program and a massage. Jack has given me the confidence to get back in the gym and now I can ride 20 miles out on the road and go to the gym 3-4 a week.
I have completed a couple of classes at the gym and haven’t had any aches and pains the following day on the tendon –
I couldn’t have done this without Jack and I have been told I’m ahead of schedule and wouldn’t have expected to be at this stage until the year. Thanks for everything Jack I will 100% recommend you to anyone I discuss my recovery with.

Jack has been helping me over the last 6 months in my preparations for joining the military. He has been thoughtful to the types of exercises I would be experiencing, and helped me build both my cardiovascular fitness and endurance. He has also helped and provided me with a fitness plan to work on in my own time.
I have noticed all my PB’s come down and my one rep max’s increase in the 6 months I have been training with Jack.

I had a great sports massage treatment from Karla, she helped diagnose areas of weakness quickly, massaged the affected area and gave me a set of exercises to do post treatment, which definitely helped. This helped me get some key sessions in for the great north run, which I would have struggled to do having not had the treatment. Will definitely be back in future

I've been training with Jack for around three/four months now, after being somewhat apprehensive about conditioning for a long time. His approach is informal and relaxed yet extremely effective. The Precision studio is a light, fresh, private space with all the equipment you could need, and coupled with Jack's expert tutelage I've seen tremendous improvement in my strength and endurance. I would recommend anyone that is unsure about joining a gym, or who struggles to keep their gym attendance up, to give Jack a shout - you won't be disappointed.

Jack Harrison has been looking after my sports massage needs for the last 5 years. As a competitive Cyclist and Open water swimmer I have tested him with a plethora of sports injuries and nothing has ever phased him and he easily manages to keep me in tip top condition.
For the last 4 months I have embarked on weekly core and Ab sessions on a 1 to 1 basis with Jack , the results have really surprised me , the process of improvement has been seamless , never boring , and my other sports have improved as a result. Despite me telling Jack he can shout and scream at me he remains calm and focused on the job and professionally ignores my effort induced Tourette's.
If you want to improve your well being and fitness you don't need to look anywhere else.

For someone who finds the gym boring, that's the opposite to how I'd describe Jack's personal training workouts. He makes every session different to the last, adding a lot of fun whilst still being very motivational.
The gym has a wide variety of equipment, some of which I've never used despite the workout sessions being so varied. Even when you go to see Jack thinking "I'll just take it easy today, I'm not in the mood", somehow, he gets you to start working a lot harder than you'd planned!
I always like the music Jack chooses. He remembers what type of music you like and then cues it up ready for when you arrive.
One of Jack's qualities is being able to cater for your exact requirements, and seemingly being able to relate to all his clients at a level which most personal trainers don't ever attempt to.
Definitely recommend anyone (and I mean anyone), to go and see Jack at Precision Health & Fitness, and see what he can offer you. You most certainly don't have to be the fittest person in the world in order to get a great workout at your level with Jack.

Went there with shoulder pain not being able to lift my arm up high. Jack is very knowledgeable. But the time I left after the 1st treatment I could lift my arm about my head. Went a further 2 times and even now after a few months my arm is good and I have full movement
