I’d not used a gym or PT previously and was a little apprehensive. However, I shouldn’t have been. Lee took me through various exercises building my confidence, and over time introduced new techniques to challenge me. He was always approachable & flexible on timings. This was appreciated as my work commitments meant I couldn’t commit to a specific time each week. I would definitely recommend Lee to anyone without hesitation.

I was really nervous about finding a PT, I shouldn’t have been. Lee is brilliant at putting you at ease and after only a few weeks of three 1 hour sessions I started to see results and am now at where I want to be. I’ve got a better relationship with food as Lee has a depth of understanding nutrition and the difficulties we face with our busy lifestyles. I have also discovered a good running technique which Lee helped me with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lee to friends and family wanting to get fit and healthy in 2020.
