Marc takes time to understand what you need to get the best from his sessions, he genuinely engages with you and works out a fitness plan that really benifits you. He works with your progress modifying if necessary. I started with a 6wk session and have continued. I feel so much better for these work out sessions they have made a real difference to my wellbeing.

Highly recommend Marc to anybody. Great to talk to and really knowledgeable across the spectrum - nutrition, form, types of excersises etc.
I hated the idea of the gym and having been a couple of times in the past I knew that I wasn't looking forward to go back.
It's been a great way to get back into fitness, feeling better about myself and feeling the great boost of motivation that I've received over the last few weeks! The sessions have worked so well for me that I'll be signing up to more as soon as my current block is over 👍

Started a 12 week programme, because I needed the commitment to time, instead of just joining a gym.
It's worked perfectly and Marc has helped me achieve my first 4 weeks goals, with interesting work outs and constant support and encouragement.
If you struggle with self motivation, or time commitment, this is a great option and Marc will help you achieve your goals.

I would highly recommend Marc ( mc-fitness ) to anyone. Marc helped me to drop a stone in 6 weeks, which is all i needed to lose but was struggling to lose it alone, and also to tone up. He designed a programme which worked for me due to suffering with a bad back and hip problems. Marc pushes you to your limit so you achieve your results you want at a pace that works for you. Brilliant results, very professional. Also better than going to a gym as its 1 on 1 and you get the full attention that's needed.

I’ve just completed a 6 week course with Marc - MC FITNESS and I am very pleased with my results. That much so I’ve just enrolled straight away on a 12 week course as I’ve really enjoyed the training. Marc is not soft, he works you hard but if he didn’t work me hard then I wouldn’t have seen the results that I have. You can ask questions on topics relating to fitness, exercise, food, nutrition, plus a wide range of other stuff and Marc is very knowledgable. I was given answers straight away on anything I asked him.
You can have a laugh and a joke with Marc which is good, as long as your still working hard, ha. Nearly 1 stone lost, over 4% body fat lost plus more statistics I’m very pleased with. Keep up the good work Marc, your doing a great job and I look forward to the next 12 weeks of intense training with you.

I joined MC-Fitness originally to help me feel better about myself as I had put on a fair bit of weight. From the first induction he clearly explained what the plan would be and how he would help me achieve what I wanted by the end of the 6 week plan. Amazingly I smashed my targets and lost a lot of weight thanks to Marc. He would always push my that bit more and always encourage me to keep going and remember if the targets and where I wanted to be and why. I was so happy with the results that I went back for more and did another 6 week plan. By this time he helped me change a lot and this gave me so much confidence in myself. He doesn’t just tell me what to do. He helps, Advises and is available when I needed him. I would definitely recommend him and I have done. People I know have gone to him and he has helped them too!

I was highly recommend to Mc Fitness in October 2019. My aim was to lose around a stone in weight to make me feel better in myself and my clothes and do give me confidence, so I had a consultation with Marc and decided to take on a 6 week program attending 3 x a week, I hadn't exercised for years but I got stuck into it straight away with alot of help and support along the way by Marc, I achieved my goal within the 6 weeks and I saw great results. Marc is brill to get on with and made me feel at ease I went on to do another 6 weeks and will continue once Boris allows us to I can't wait to return and get back into it thankyou Marc for your help I would highly recommend 😊
