I have just finished my first 6 weeks at The Body Transformers and what a great experience its been! I have never really weight trained before as I was unsure on where to start or what to do. In this short period of time, these sessions have given me the knowledge and confidence to progress further to get where I want to be. I have been to gym classes and worked out on my own before, but nothing I have done previously has been as enjoyable or rewarding. Ben is so positive, motivating and makes working out so much fun! I really look forward to going to the sessions each week and HIGHLY recommend this service! Thank you so much!

Before joining the 6 week challenge, I needed an extra boost both physically & with my nutrition. I had done a lot of research so felt I had good awareness however I struggled to put it into practice. My clothes were tight, I was buying loose & big sized clothing to hide my body.
During the course of the 6 weeks with Ben my mental health has improved as I noticed more clarity in my thoughts, I had less “brain fog” thanks to both the physical & nutritional guides he put in place.
Physically I felt confident after week 3 where I really started to notice differences in my face, the feel of my clothes & my general activity levels had increased tenfold!!
I loved the fact Ben not only did a weekly check in he also always asked how we were doing & was available for any guidance!
Ben is one of the most kindest PTs I have ever come across & his genuine concern for my progression & well being was evident throughout the 6 weeks.
If you are thinking of joining Ben’s program look no place else!! Not only was Ben very accommodating he also helped me throughout the month of Ramadan with different tips, tricks & guidance. For the first time ever I felt stronger & more prepared before & during the month. Ben is such a versatile PT with a wealth of knowledge!!
Also the best part is initially I thought 6 weeks is quite a commitment, however it went by so so so quickly! He made every session fun & interesting.

Six weeks ago I was feeling terrible about myself, the way I looked and the way I felt. Baggy clothes became a daily occurrence hiding my body away. I had no motivation to go to the gym or work out due to long working hours and wanting to spend what time was left with my family.
Fast forward 6 weeks and I can feel and see the change.
The support, knowledge and encouragement from Ben and self pride in my achievements and resulted in me dropping 12lbs and 17 inches. I feel fitter, stronger, healthier, clothes fit more comfortably and gained confidence in myself to continue my journey. The biggest change is the way I feel about myself. Yes it’s great to get complements from others but for me it’s about feeling good about myself. I’ve not worn a baggy jumper for weeks and feel confident stepping out in my gym kit.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Body Transformers to anyone who needs a helping hands to improve their health and fitness, I could not of done this alone.

I have just finished my 6 weeks with Ben at the Body Transformer’s. I have really enjoyed the early mornings working out with some lovely ladies. I have experienced a huge shift in my approach to my mental and physical health, because the journey has been enjoyable The goal is no longer something that I see as being so far away. Ben makes each session fun and comfortable there’s so pressure to perform as his ethos is to go 0-10 rather than 0-100. There is a great support network and Ben really cares about his clients. I struggled with depression, maybe for longer than I think I did and I can say that since starting the is program I have found enrichment and clarity, my dips in mood have been almost non existent. My family have commented on how much happier I have been. I will be continuing with Ben and the ladies because it’s awesome 🖤 not to mention the overall 24 inch loss and counting 👌🏻

When I stared the training with Ben I never thought I can lift so much of weight which I have not tried for couple of years due to my injuries. Ben has the ability to make exercising fun. He gave me the confidence to come out of that injury phase and enjoy doing exercise. I started feeling happy and energetic after exercising.
This would have not been possible without Ben . He devotes time to every individual, understands the limitations and works from there. I could see my progress as days passed and my energy levels didn’t fall at all. I was enjoying my sessions with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone who can see beyond the fads and wants real improvement in health, strength and stamina.

Before finding Ben at The Body Transformers I was your typical yoyo dieter, couldn't sustain it and would end up putting the weight (and more!) back on. I was feeling fed up with not liking what I saw in the mirror but had no idea what to do. My friend was training with Ben and recommended him, and I'm so grateful to her. I've gotten great results mentally, I feel better and happier in myself already, but also physically. I struggled a little with controlling my calories, but after some advice from Ben, in the following two weeks I lost over 7 inches, which I wouldn't have thought was possible. I enjoy it so much, which is something I've never said/never thought I would say about training, that I've signed up for longer. Ben is a great trainer who is genuinely supportive and on hand to give advice where you need it. He's created a really comfortable and safe environment to work out in, which was important for me as a bigger lady. I was nervous on my first day, but even just 10 minutes in those were gone! To anyone who isn't sure/feeling nervous, my advice would be to take that leap, you won't regret it!

I came across the 6 week transformation on Facebook and contacted Ben for more information, we met up the following week and soon after I began the 6 weeks. I suffer with mental health issues and had been feeling very down and not happy about the way I look, I lost a lot of confidence and started to make a positive lifestyle change shortly before joining. During the 6 weeks I have lost over 20 inches, I haven’t weighed myself as I do not believe in scales as it can become quite tormenting and addictive so just measured myself instead and I am over the moon with my progress. The sessions are fun, enjoyable and I left each session feeling better than I did on the way in! I have built up strength and learnt many new forms and exercises during the 6 week challenge and I am so much more confident in how to take part/undertake weight training properly. I would like to thank Ben for all of the motivation, laughs, and progress I have made during the sessions and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lifestyle change. If you have the opportunity to take part in the 6 week challenge, do it! You will not regret it! Thank you so much to Ben at the body transformers!!!

I came across The body transformers looking for ladies to take up a 6 week challenge of health, fitness and wellbeing. I thought why not, give it a go. I have never done anything like this before and did not know what I was letting myself in for but I can honestly say that my 6 weeks has been so amazing. Joining the Body transformers has taught me that I can find time for myself, I had always been too busy. I am in my late 50’s, putting on weight and generally feeling washed out.
From my very 1st session to my last I was made to feel so welcome by Ben and the other ladies in the group. Ben is a really lovely guy and a great trainer, the sessions are in small groups and all the ladies are there for the same reason so you never feel out of place. The banter is great and so much fun. I never thought I would be lifting weights or exercising at my age!!
The weekly check-ins are a great way for Ben to see my progress. Ben could see that I was not good at calorie counting and using the fitness app so he took the time to explain this and now I have such a better understanding. I will continue everything that Ben has taught me. I have lost a total of 6” and 6.6lb during my 6 weeks. I am very happy with these results and could not of done this without joining The Body Transformers.
If any ladies out there that that would like to be fitter and healthier then The Body Transformers is the place to go to. You will not be disappointed.

Before commencing my 6 week challenge, I was anxious about my weight and fitness levels. Ben made me feel comfortable in class and I started to enjoy exercising (something I never thought I would say). My fitness has improved, I’ve lost weight and inches! Before joining body transformers I was feeling unmotivated, overweight, unhealthy and had avoided stepping foot inside a gym since Covid.
Fast forward 6 weeks, I have lost weight and inches (which I’ve learnt is the important bit) my clothes feel looser and I feel physically and mentally better and who knew I’m actually enjoying the workout sessions.
Ben makes you feel comfortable, motivates you and the sessions are always good fun. It’s not as daunting as stepping foot into a big gym.
The weekly check in emails provides that extra level of support and guidance. If your thinking of joining then you won’t regret it! I have signed up to continue my weight loss journey with The Body Transformers! So thanks Ben!
