I found Nick of a recommendation from a friend that had been working with him for a number of months. From the start he exceeded my expectation, his knowledge both in and out of the gym was impressive and he clearly knew his stuff. We came up with a fitness plan and also a meal plan which was easy to stick to and also not unrealistic. Nick took into account my personal situation such a foods I do and don't like, along with exercises that work well, and excluded ones that didn't. I've seen some serious result thanks to Nick's attentiveness, experience and ability to actually help his clients appose to other PT's i've tried who are just out to make a quick buck. I'd recommend Versatile PT to anyone. 5 *'s!!

I started training with Nick as a beginner to gym in a bid to lose some of the stubborn fat, get stronger and generally tone up. What I achieved with Nick’s help was far more than this! My overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short time that I was able to perform exercises like deadlifts,back squats with heavy weights which I would never have attempted on my own. The bootcamp sessions were fun to workout with small group with varied workouts each week tailored to your needs, so hard to do but feels great after the session.He is willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions you come up with. Nick is energetic, fun, committed and motivational…and I can’t recommend him enough!

I started training with Nick early this year, I have found all my session so beneficial and loved every single minute. I have gained so much confidence using the gym and in myself. In the time I have had sessions with Nick I have lost over a stone and a half and my shape has changed so much. I would highly recommend Nick, not only has he worked so hard for me to achieve my targets in the gym but helped me with my nutrition and to get my food on track. I look forward to every session with Nick even if he does push me past my limits and works me hard and I have achieved things I never thought I could.

Well where do i start ..Nick has been an amazing personal trainer from day 1 ..I started off with just wanting 6 weeks session and here I am 2 and a half years later. He has transformed my body and now I am very confident on how I look.. not only has helped me achieve what I wanted but also helped me mentally when I've been so stressful at work my sessions with Nick have immensely made me forget my daily stresses as he makes the session so fun but tough.. an amazing trainer all round. ...size 10 Nick!!!!

If you want a personal trainer who just rolls out the same bog standard exercises every week ... then Nick ISN’T for you ! He constructs bespoke routines tailor made to your needs , he offers valuable advice on food and nutrition to complement the physical activity and is always happy to answer queries and offer advice whenever you need it . As an older woman , I had very low confidence in my body , but after a few months seeing Nick I absolutely loved the transformation- both mentally and physically. Nick is such a nice guy too and nothing is ever too much trouble . I would definitely recommend him to anyone of any age .

Nick has been great and offered fantastic guidance and support both during our PT sessions but also outside of our sessions he’s always made himself available to provide advice on my workouts and diet.

Nick is an amazing PT! I first started training with him a few years ago doing group hitt sessions. After they finnished I decided I wanted some one on one sessions to give me some confidence in the weight section of the gym. This was an area where I had not trained as had no clue how to use any of the machines or weights. After training with Nick a year I lost all my baby weight i was still carrying several years later. I gained lots of confidence in training and made huge progress on my goals like doing a push up, Pull up and squatting 60 kg, I even gained some abbs. I really started to enjoy how my body looked. I became a little addicted to weight training and told nick my new goal was to enter a bikini competition. Nick helped me with research in to what I needed to achieve to enter a competition. We had many discussions and based my PT sessions around this. He was always on hand to check with or ask any questions about how to cut and shred any weight. He gave me lots of tips on how to prep and get my deit in check. Then when Nick got his PT app it was fantastic as I could track my measurements, body weight and add my meals on to it. This helped so much as he could see where my diet needed tweaking. I fell pregnant before entering the competition we continued light training together untill my SPD got bad in my pregnancy. I plan to return to the gym and to my sessions with Nick to help me gain my body back.

Put simply; if you want to make a change in your fitness or gain confidence in the gym, then book a session with Nick and you won’t look back. Since we began in June, no two sessions have been the same. By constantly providing inspiration during our sessions, Nick keeps training fresh and fun for me. He might show me something totally new, demonstrate a different method or help me improve my technique on something I know. One point of great importance, is Nick’s ability to get to know a person. By taking the time to understand me, this maximises the sessions we have, as he can be flexible enough to change the plan up if the need arises and encourage me when necessary. The icing on the cake is that other people in the gym that don’t know me have commented on how great I look and how well am doing under his guidance. You can’t give much better testament than that. I was very happy with the results of my 8 week shred programme. I was much stronger and more toned at the end. The group was fun and lively while being effective. A big thanks to Nick and Kenny.
