Training with Nicki is always an enjoyable experience and has helped me to grow not only my confidence in the gym, but also gain further knowledge on how to use equipment correctly. She is always professional and motivating, whilst also keeping the sessions fun and engaging. I have been working with Nicki for 7/8 months now and she has truly changed my life. Before I was crash dieting and never getting lasting results but since working with Nicki I have a much better understanding of nutrition and exercise.
My relationship with food has changed completely and is much healthier, thank you to Nicki for always being on hand with useful tips and advice but not being pushy! Other than the direct support she has a tonne on material you have access to and the Instagram posts continually remind me of my goals and motivate me.

I followed Nicki for a long time on social media and was always enthused by her positivity and results. Back in February I took the plunge and contacted her, Ive always been that person who does things impulsively but never continue. I had been unwell and was struggling with fatigue, most likely long covid. I thought if I could loose weight, look after myself, I might get more energy and feel more like myself.
Well 13 weeks later I'm still super focused, I feel better in myself, my fatigue is still there but oh my goodness SO much improved.
When you work with Nicki it's not about weight loss but the whole package, but I have to say I've lost 24lb which I'm super pleased with, my clothes feel comfortable (baggy) and I have more self confidence.
I'm looking forwards to continuing the journey.
If like me you follow Nicki and think I can't do it, you can. It's not competitive, it's not all aerobic because I couldn't have done that either with the fatigue. Nicki listens and somehow understands what you need, what works. I calorie count, Ive learnt about increasing protein to ward off hunger, the goals Nicki set are manageable and achievable. And most of all she's responsive and communicates brilliantly. I don't see her, but she's always there if I need her.
It's been the best 13 weeks so far and I'm looking forwards to the ne t.

THE BEST PT!!
I knew I had a good year or so to make a difference before I got married, to lose weight, tone up and generally feel good about myself.
I have always enjoyed exercise however I wanted to invest some time into it and that’s how I found Nicki. I had researched for ages, different gyms, fitness classes, CrossFit, etc however I felt that Nicki’s complete transformation package was just the ticket for me. I felt intimidated by the gym environment even though I’ve had a lot of PT sessions many years ago.
I personally feel better knowing all areas of nutrition, fitness and wellness are taken care of and explained to me throughout.
Accountability is my downfall and having Nicki there at the end of the phone to check in with me once a week or to answer any questions during my hectic working week meant that I could stay accountable and achieve my goals by staying on track.
Working with Nicki and her app meant I could contact her at anytime with my achievements and we could share the excitement; nothing was too much trouble.
I had reached my target weight by the time the wedding came around and I had toned up nicely through weight training. It has spurred me on to lose more weight now, as I can see how achievable it is!
I worked with Nicki for almost a year and through her enthusiasm and knowledge, I have learnt that it is possible to see results and still enjoy life!
Not only do I now love weight training, I still drink alcohol, I still go out for dinner, I still eat takeaway and still have chocolate!
I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Nicki to one of my friends, family or even a stranger! She is driven, friendly and has incomparable excellence in the industry.

Before Nicki I wanted to start weight training but I had no idea where to start. Nicki helped me learn more about fitness and in particular lifting weights and resistance training. After just a few months of working with her I already feel so much stronger and fitter! I would definitely recommend her to anyone regardless or your goals (whether it’s losing weight or gaining muscle). Her programmes are fitted to you and your work schedule which is so useful! She’s very flexible and happy to adapt! 10/10 I have loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone ❤️

I started working with Nicki in October 2021. I was in a slump, I wanted to commit to exercise but knew I wouldn't have the motivation or dedication to do this alone.
The journey began with a discovery call, during which Nicki took the time to learn about my goals, diet, and way of life. Although I already wanted to work with her, this sealed the deal because of her professionalism and the way I felt this was more than just a job for her, this is her passion, and she genuinely wants to help you meet your goals.
When I first started at the gym I was anxious and I hadn't done any form of exercise in a long time. Nicki had set up a program that worked for me and my lifestyle, she pushed me out of my comfort zone and doesn't take my excuses (I do have lots). Although I have never considered myself a "gym person", Nicki makes the time fly by and I feel better and motivated afterward.
Nicki has set up amazing systems and accountability and her client care is exceptional. I gained much more than a coach with Nicki, I gained a cheerleader, expert and someone I know I can turn to for years to come. Thank you, Nicki.

Nicki is an absolute amazing coach, she really understands the process with all its ups and downs of weight loss from her own experience which I think really makes her stand out from the rest! Nicki really cares about her clients, she becomes your biggest support system, always there for a chat and will be patient with you, she only wants the best for you!
