Since joining The Fitness Booth & attending Booth Camp in Jan 2014, i have lost 19.7 inches overall & my fitness level is the highest it has ever been. I have enjoyed every minute of it (even out in the rain). Ben Booth is excellent at keeping everyone motivated & offers great support. If you want to lose weight & inches, get ideas of how to eat healthily, recipe sharing & generally feel better about yourself then i highly recommend The Fitness Booth. Everyone is supportive of each other & it really is like one big fitness family. Give Ben a call today & take the 1st steps towards a healthier you.

I have been training with Ben for 5 weeks now. In this short space of time I have lost 1 stone in weight and over 9 inches! Ben is the most motivational person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, with his help I really believe that anything is possible. My General fitness has improved a great deal, and I have stamina and a new found determination to keep going at everything I attempt. My goal is to live a healthy lifestyle, losing weight is just an added bonus! If like me you are at a place in your life where you really want to change the path you're taking then this could be for you too! I would 100% recommend Ben Booth and The Fitness Booth. One word to describe the fitness booth WOW - I have been coming here since march 2013, i was getting fed up of not being able to lose weight myself and i thought it was about time i did something about it so i checked the fitness booth out and i am so glad i did. My starting weight was 12st and i am currently 10st 12lb :-), I started having personal training sessions with Ben Booth and within the first 4 weeks i noticed a huge difference in body shape. As personal trainers go Ben is brill, he will not let you give up, he is always there for you, he gives you brilliant nutritional advice and if its not working out for you he will put together another plan for you (there's no escaping). I am currently taking part in the 2nd boothcamp and this is 3 times a week, it can be hard work but it is also fun to do and the support you get off the other folk taking part is phenonemal. My fitness levels are definately a 100 times better than they were back in March and once again this is all thanks to Ben Booth. I am now a much happier and fitter person and i am looking forward to getting to my target weight.

The Fitness Booth is a great place to come and loose weight and get fit. Not only will you be getting a full workout you'll also be getting great nutritional advice. I've been training at the fitness booth for about 12 weeks now and I have lost 2 stone 6lbs, my starting weight was 19st9lbs my weight as of today is 17st3lbs. The Fitness Booth provides a great friendly atmosphere in which to train and you get plenty of encouragement from the other member's and even make a few new friends on the way. As personal trainers go Ben Booth is up there with the best and really does know his stuff. So if you want results to suit your goals get down to the fitness booth and TRUST in the BOOTH and YOU WILL ACHIEVE. BOOM!

After just six month with a personal trainer from The Fitness Booth, the results are outstanding. As well as all of the usual outcomes, Ben has increased self esteem and confidence in my appearance. Started working with Ben probably around 7-8 months ago and he has been so amazing on my fitness journey. He’s brilliantly motivating and pushes you past limits you didn’t think you could reach. He takes your goals and preferences into account and is realistic with his advice and recommendations both for food/nutrition and gym/fitness. He’s very easy to get on with and always brings a positive and lighthearted outlook. Every session is a challenge but it’s a challenge that you can’t help but look forward to. The Fitness Booth is a fantastic place to get fit! I am on my second bootcamp and can honestly say i absolutely love the sessions. The group atmosphere is great and everyone really encourages each other making it more enjoyable and less of a chore. Ben is an excellent trainer, you couldn't ask for more from him. He is always available to help and talk you through anything if you have any questions or concerns, but more importantly knows how to motivate us all while at the same time making things fun. I can't wait until the next 'boothcamp' :) and i haven't even finished this one. The Fitness Booth gets results, so if that's what you want, you now know where to go!

I joined the fitness booth 5 weeks ago and it's changed my life forever. I was inspired to join by my friend Lisa who had transformed herself with Ben's help. I was apprehensive and nervous initially. From the first day at booth camp I was welcomed into the group and given support throughout from Ben and the others. In 5 short weeks I have lost both pounds and inches and feel much healthier than ever. I've added personal training too which is fantastic. Ben listens to what your goals are and incorporates this into the sessions. Everyone is given a personal nutritional food plan catered to your lifestyle. This is something that I really needed support with. Ben supports each person on a physical and psychological level and is always available to listen and support and offer advice. Each booth camp is different which adds to the appeal. I never imagined i'd be flipping tyres, running 5k or exercising whilst dressed up in 80's clobber, but I've done them all and more and enjoyed every bit!! If you're ready to change your life come and join us. I promise you wont regret it!!!!

5 weeks into Booth Camp and I'm loving it! As a person who runs a busy business time is hard to make free but after a recommendation i met with Ben and immediately signed up. Brilliant value for money as you can take in as many extra sessions as you'd like, you're not restricted to one time or even one class a day which is perfect for my busy schedule. Ben is encouraging, realistic and supportive while making the whole process fun and exciting. We have become like a big family and no matter what the difference in shapes and sizes we all support each other and encourage one another to work hard to achieve the best results we can. I've already signed up to the next Booth Camp and for the lifestyle change and energy it's given me i am so happy to have joined. With all of the information and advice on food and the understanding of what's healthy in a diet and what's not, knowing i can take pictures of my meals and send them to Ben to ensure I'm on the right track is a real comfort. I even do mini booth camps at home on off days with the advice of exercises to do on your own. All round thumbs up and looking forward to the next session!!

I don't really know where to start, I went to Ben to give me something to take my mind of my personal life and it has done so much more than that. He is a wonderful motivator, he teaches you all about health and nutrition and wellbeing, its more than just a work out. Its about making the correct changes to improve every part of you and your life. We are a family and I have to say if it was not for Ben and the girls at Booth Camp I would be in a different place to where I am now. The support from this place is amazing. I'm getting stronger both mentally and Physically. I have met some lovely people that I can call friends and just love this place. I have been working with Ben at the Fitness Booth for 6 weeks and so far I have gone from wearing size 16 clothes to size 12. It's not all about weight loss, it's about fitness, general health and confidence. I never used to be able to run and now I can run 5km regularly. I am proud of how my body shape is changing and how well I am feeling so my confidence just keeps on growing. Not only do you get great support from Ben you get the right type of support to match your needs, The sessions are hard work but everyone who attends them are very welcoming and will always encourage you. I've been training with Ben at the fitness booth for 14 months now. My fitness journey started when i was asked to take part in a charity bike ride, as i felt & looked very unfit at 16.5 stone i needed help as i'd never stepped into a gym in my life, i made a call to Ben Booth who's advert i saw in a local magazine & i'm so thankful i made that call. My life has changed dramatically, i now weigh just under 13 stone, my body fat has decreased & we are now working on muscle building & toning, Ben has also taught me the importance of a heathly diet (which i've come to learn is very important whilst training). Obviously i would recommend the fitness booth to anyone i meet & now i'm taking part in the camps, my fitness family is huge & dedicated which as a support group is a massive plus to any newcomers. Oh i nearly forgot about the skinny jean guarantee, myself & Ben (who's paying) are going shopping this weekend as a reward for achieveing my goal of a size 31 inch waist.. I am now completing my 5th week of Boot Camp and it has been one of the greatest things I have done. Ive moaned for about the last two years that I am unhappy with my shape, if only I had realised quicker that I had to do something about it other than moaning. I honestly felt better after the 1st week! I have lost 6lbs and 9.5 inches and actually feel I may be able to wear a bikini this year on holiday :-) Ben is great, he keeps everyone motivated and really knows his stuff. I keep quoting his nutritional advice to all my friends like I have suddenly become an expert! It all just makes perfect sense and I can not believe ive been eating so badly for so long! Ben really helped me when I needed it most. Desperate to get back to rugby after dislocating my shoulder Ben helped my rehab through several tough months, my physio was impressed with the speed of my recovery given my age (37). I have to say that without Ben there to push me along and spending time tailoring my fitness plan to my specific needs I would not have made it back to playing. After working with Ben I am 1 1/2 stone lighter, fitter than ever and enjoying my rugby again - Cheers Ben, I'd recommend you to anyone!

Through giving up smoking, pregnancy weight and comfort eating as an Olympic sport I had got into an unhealthy cycle and had such low self esteem I knew I needed to do something. Someone mentioned the fitness booth, I hadn't been to a gym....ever! But I thought seize the day and went for my first session with Ben. I was put at complete ease and was shown such interest in me and my goals and vast amounts of enthusiasm with complete confidence that he would be able to help me get where I wanted to be. Don't get me wrong it's been hard and I have cried at the thought of having to do burpees, but I feel so much better in myself and haven't been going long and can already see a difference. I even went to the loo the other day and pulled my jeans down without undoing them! You also become a member of a community full of everyone who is going through the same thing and share ideas and meals. You get given help with food choices and homework too! this has been my first experience of this type of group training and i have to say it has been the most rewarding. Ben is a very motivating trainer with lots of energy and encouragement. He works extremely hard at trying to keep things varied and interesting and succeeds on a massive scale. I have thoroughly looked forward to each session and always come away feeling fantastic and ready for anything. The inches are disappearing, fat is melting and energy is soaring. 5 weeks in and i've dropped a dress size and really toned up. I would say that this is the best thing to do if you want to shed those pounds, ditch the fat and have a good time doing it, while making some lovely friends along the way. i love it and cant imagine not doing it now. The Fitness Booth is a fantastic place to get fit! I am on my 3 bootcamp and can honestly say i absolutely love it love the support and group i have lost 2 and half stone and 28 inches my life has change so much my health is fantastic and its even pushed me to stop smoking im in my 5 week and growing strong can not wate to start new camp 3rd feb :)
