Louise is a brilliant trainer. I have been attending her live streamed classes for about four months, they are challenging and fun. I take two of Louise's classes a week, LM Bodypump and MMA Conditioning and love every minute of both (don't get me wrong... I'm exhausted at the end, but in the best way). Louise is a great teacher, both encouraging and informative, while also making sure to challenge every single one of us in the class to push ourselves further than we would on our own. I would recommend any class with her.

I hired Louise for PT sessions at Carn Brea Leisure Centre, right from the very 1st session she makes you feel like she is 100% committed to you and your goals! Adapting plans and giving advice solely for me, I felt comfortable and relaxed with her. But boy does she push you to your limits 🤪 even when you think you couldn't do anymore, she gets those last few reps out of you!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Louise to reach your fitness goals

FABULOUS AMAZING FANTASTIC TREMENDOUS SUPER There just aren't enough adjectives to use - I met Louise at the very start of my #fatnesstofitness journey back in March 17. She was so understanding of my fears of feeling like a "fish out of water" not having exercised very much in my 51 years.She asked me where I wanted to be - jokingly - I said running a Marathon!! In our 1-2-1 sessions she taught me skills to prepare me to attend numerous classes such as Body Combat & Body Pump, she encouraged and inspired me & here I am nearly 2 years on attending daily gym sessions, loving Pilates & having run my 1st 5k!! Louise was the kindling for my fire & I can't thank her enough.
