I have been training with Matthew since September and I can honestly say from our initial chat, Matthew showed he really wanted to help me achieve my target to get fit. I booked 6 sessions initially and now go 3 times a week. He has really helped me discover a love for exercise/fitness.
He listened to what my goals were and has definitely helped me achieve them.
Matthew always knows just how much to push you and because of that, I always come away from my sessions knowing I have worked really hard and feeling good. He is a lovely guy and I genuinely couldn’t recommend Matthew enough.
He has not only made me love training again he has also encouraged me to make other healthy changes to my lifestyle.
