Sophia is a fantastic PT and a lovely lady who puts you at ease straight away. I have been training for a couple of months and loving the sessions, each one is different and aimed at achieving your goals. She works you hard and gets you doing things you wouldn't normally attempt which has given me confidence in my training. I also take part in Sophia's classes which are great fun. They are for all ages and abilities, she adapts the exercises so no one feels excluded from the group. The exercises change from week to week so you don't get bored. I feel overall fitter, stronger, my core strength has improved and and my confidence. I highly recommend Sophia.

Sophia is one of the best PTs I’ve had the pleasure of working under. She has an amazing work ethic and her knowledge is outstanding. She immediately puts you at ease and talks you through every exercise, explaining goals and achievements. Every session ( although tough) is tailored to me and my own goals and no two sessions are ever the same. I would not hesitate in recommending Sophia to anyone young or old or new to exercise. She’s simply the best.

Sophia is an amazing PT with lots of ideas about how best to start your journey to fitness and caters for all levels of fitness. I have attended Sophia's classes and I love them, so much fun and if you get stuck with anything Sophia is always there to help.
Sophia changes the classes from week to week so you dont get bored with the same old, same old.
Most of all Sophia listens, there is no gimmicks...so if you're willing to put the hard work in than Sophia will be a dedicated and genuine PT.

Sophia is a fabulous trainer and helped me enormously. I have had experience in the past of trainers who have their own agenda about fitness - it’s usually more about them rather than their client. Sophia is the polar opposite; she took the time to understand what I needed, what my limitations were and what my goals were and she tailored a programme which was the perfect balance of exercise, fitness and core strength & conditioning - that I started to see the results within the first few sessions. Sophia is a dedicated, knowledgeable and inspiring PT. I have never done any exercise since school and the thought of going running or to a gym was terrifying. Sophia built on my strength and fitness so I could face the gym !

I have been training with Sophia for almost 6 months. Initially I was sceptical as working with a previous PT had not gone well. I needn't have worried. Sophia is brilliant, makes me work hard and is very good at ensuring exercises are appropriate. I began with a knee injury but am now largely pain free! Where to start about this wonderful lady. I was very apprehensive about having PT sessions at a gym as previously I’d had them in my home and was nervous about training in front of other people. Upon my first session, I was instantly made to feel comfortable and at ease, After a in-depth conversation about my wants and needs, a training plan was made. I’ve had a couple years of PT sessions before meeting Sophia so was quietly confident that I was realivity fit but oh my goodness this lady makes your legs, arms, stomach and every other inch of you hurt, I’m fitter, stronger, happier and more healthy than I’ve ever been and weirdly look forward to the next session. Sophia is a true master in the fitness world, If like me you need someone to push, motivate, but most importantly give you self confidence, I would definitely recommend Sophia Bulter Training.

My 7 year old son loves the FREE REDS fitness sessions (RESILIANCE, EDUCATION, DETERMINATION, SUCCESS) held at Anytime Fitness Stockton Heath on a Saturday morning. The class is run by the amazing PT Sophia Butler and is a fabulous initiative aimed at young primary school people to help them understand all areas of fitness, nutrition and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Sebbie went last week and loved it. He’s taking some of his buddies from school today, he’s been spreading the word! This is a brilliant and fun class to help to educate our children about living a healthy, fit and happy life. Sebbie can’t wait for Saturday mornings to go to the gym. Thank you Sophia this is an amazing thing that you do for our little people, you are fab 😊💪xxx
