I have trained with Mark for 12 weeks now and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
Mark was just what I was looking for : reliable, encouraging, patient, teaching me lots of new techniques and making each session varied, fun and rewarding.
I have enhanced my core strength, able to use heavier weights and have seen a big improvement so far, even in muscles I did not know I have!
I thoroughly enjoy each session, feel so good and motivated afterwards and we get on really well on a personal level too.

Now into my 6th week with Mark after a personal recommendation from a work colleague. I have significant health and fitness issues, most recent being a herniated disc. So I'm ultra careful with my back . I'm doing exercises and movements that just 6 short weeks ago were impossible for me. My overall fitness and energy levels are significantly improved. I could have joined a gym again, but I knew I needed more than that. Mark is patient and really really knows his stuff and not just fitness but nutrition too. I started training with Mark about 6 weeks ago after a personal recommendation from another of his clients. I love that he is straight-talking and gets to the point: he doesn’t hang about! He is always there on time and encouraging you before and after your 121 sessions. He has helped me choose equipment and choose my nutrition carefully and that help has been invaluable. My strength has massively improved even in a few short weeks and I’m lifting weights I could never dream of lifting at the start of the year. Mark has the patience of a saint and has guided me through it and helped me on my form. Being online has also helped as it means I can fit training in with my work hours. 100% recommend.

Mark has been training me for about 2 years now and has really helped me to become fitter and stronger. He is great fun to train with and mixes sessions up so I never know what's coming and am never bored. He is always patient with me when I can't remember what I'm supposed to be doing and I'm never made to feel bad if I've slipped up diet wise, we just carry on! He is always on hand with nutrition tips if you're struggling. Would highly recommend him!

I have been training with Mark for almost a month now and can say he has been an excellent mentor and a coach.You will never get bored of training as he combines lot of techniques and makes every lesson unique. Mark is an excellent PT - I have trained with him since 2014 and he has helped me through many things, including recovering from surgery, preparing for my wedding, pregnancy and post-natal exercise. Mark is more than happy to entertain my little one while I work out, so it’s like I get a babysitting service as well as a personal trainer! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I’ve been training with Mark for 3 years.
In those 3 years my fitness levels have increased beyond belief. I’ve never felt so well and my body shape has changed dramatically as well.
Mark doesn’t preach , or make you feel bad if you’ve had an indulgent weekend, he simply carries on and gets you back on track.
He has amazing knowledge of nutrition, and loves to share his recipe ideas, and will always help if you are stuck with what you should be eating.
My training sessions are constantly changing, which is very important for me as I get bored very quickly. I can honestly say I’ve never been bored, and every session is new and fun.
Above all else, we laugh a lot, and I mean full on belly laughs. Mark has a very special talent , and is so much more than just a PT.
I’m very happy I went along 3 years ago, convinced I’d hate every minute and still here, and loving it.

Hi Mark. Good training session today. Just wanted to say I’m so glad I picked the phone up that day several years ago and spoke to you. You’ve made such a big difference to my life in many ways. From the training and nutrition advice always a smile and lots of patience ..especially for ladies over a certain age ..to the counselling and motivation. As a non exerciser in the past there’s no way I could have made motivated myself to go to a gym. But then you came along and the exercising outside in the park has been so much better for me.
