The best Gym and Personal Trainers in Watford. Hot on your technique making sure you lifting correctly, but at the same time very encouraging and supportive to get the most out of every session. Atmosphere is always energetic and I love the music that is played. I've lost over 3 stone since joining and the nutrition support has truly transformed my eating habits. If you're in need of personal trainer or nutritionist I highly recommend ReDiscipline Gym.

The BEST training session! Couldn’t recommend transformation first enough. Always feel amazing after a work out here! The trainers are amazing and so friendly. So are all the other clients and it’s a really nice environment to work out in. All the help you get with keeping on track with the diet plan they prepare for you is also amazing and really made me work hard and stick to my plan! So pleased!

Finally something that works for me! I’ve really enjoyed my last 6 weeks with the team at Transformation First. I have loved my time with Transformation 1st so far. I really was nervous starting as I had never been to a fitness centre but the guys all make you feel welcome! They adapt and changed workouts to help me with my strength and could see how to push me further. I can say it has really helped me with my stamina and I can see a change in myself. It has made me think about what I eat and what I put inside myself. I can’t wait to continue on with them and if you are thinking about it...... don’t think just do it! They are professional, fun and very easy to reach.

I have signed up for a 6 weeks Transformation Programme back in October last year but due to lockdown I could only start it now. I am currently on week 2 and already see great results of my training sessions with Joe, Scott and Harry. They are great trainers who make sure you do the exercises correctly and motivate you to keep going extra mile. During lockdown they were conducting free Zoom training sessions for members which were really great and helped me to get into speed before my 6 weeks challenge in the studio began. I would recommend everyone who wants to loose weight and get into shape to sign up! :)
