Andreea is a fantastic trainer with a positive attitude which empowers you to work out even harder. Very professional coaching and definitely will help you to achieve your fitness goals! I really enjoyed training with Andreea, in the last couple of years she helped me lose weight and with my back pains. She always finds time in her schedule to fit in our online sessions, no matter how busy she is.

I've been attending PT sessions with Andreea for a couple of years. Pre-covid it was at the gym, then during Covid restrictions in the park and now remotely from home. I love the fact the sessions are different, tailored to my needs and I can feel the improvements in flexibility, strength and stamina. I play 5-a-side football regularly and can feel the changes from the PT giving me greater speed and stamina. Compared to gym classes or group PT, I like that she can tailor the sessions to me personally and is also able to advise on diet to provide an overall programme. I would highly recommend her as a PT, thanks Andreea!
