Great Coach - Listens to needs and also very corrective and helps with ensuring technique is correct to prevent injuries. Completely different to my normal training, used to weights only. Adam is great at taking me out my comfort zone and achieving results. Highly recommend !

I wanted to break through a squat plateau and contacted Adam for help. What I thought would be a quick couple of sessions to change my training program, turned out to become a year-long journey as Adam helped me recognise bad patterns in my lifting, mobility restrictions which would cause impingements in the long term, and mental blocks which would stop me reaching higher weights.
Looking back, I think I was resistant to change at first, but Adam challenged my beliefs in a thoughtful, fact-based way, always patient, and I appreciate that. I feel like I've not just gained knowledge of exercises but principles of lifting, which is much more important.
He's also a great bloke and the banter is always on point. Can't recommend him enough!
