After 2 years of lockdown and the birth of our little boy, I was searching for an inviting, fun and motivating environment to get back into shape, replenish my energy levels and revitalize my mental health. In Funmums Fitness, I have found an inspiring community of mums who motivate themselves and others through fun workouts, led by Emese. In Emese, I have also found a friendly coach for one-on-one personal training to build mental resilience and strength to become a better and stronger mum to an adventurous toddler. Emese has been a great source of encouragement without judgement and reservations, always accommodating to my busy schedule and time spent training with her feels like a treat rather than exercise. I have learnt to enjoy exercise as part of a daily routine which no longer feels like a task to stay in shape, but rather an appointment I would hate to miss.

Tonight I went to my first session of fitness personal training with Emese and my flatmate. The session took place in a private professional clean and organise gym where Emese set out organise training and intervals for us to do a variety of core workouts with coordination training. The experience was five stars and we could feel every inch of our muscles being used. Very patient training and lots of encouragement to help support us through each workout even when you do you want to give up.
Would recommend to anyone looking to start their fitness journey.

I love personal training sessions on Weds nights with Emese! She is professional, knowledgable and supportive. After having two children Emese has tailored the activities to help improve my core, posture and strength and I have noticed a difference already. Emese is an amazing personal trainer! She is so supportive and encouraging when I’m finding the exercises challenging. She plans sessions carefully based on my needs. She encourages me to push myself further.
She helped me to resolve an issue with my hip and my posture has really improved since working with her. I feel so much stronger than I did.

Emese’s Monday Night Class in Woking is great fun and the right level of challenge in 30 minutes for a Mum of two!
I have been a fan of FMF since 2019 when I joined my first mother and baby class 4 months after the birth of Jack in 2019. Both Dora and Emese are superb trainers (and mums!) who really understand the pre- and post-natal body. The classes are full of light-hearted but determined mums who care about their little ones and their fitness.
Since I went back to work (18 months a go) the Monday night class has offered a superb chance to get fit. If you are looking for somewhere friendly, that raises your fitness levels, where everyone is genuinely friendly (and understanding)…this is the class for you.

A fun, energising and suitably challenging mum and baby fitness class with like-minded mums. This class always makes me feel good and pleased I plucked up the energy to go. Dori is the perfect instructor - welcoming, knowledgeable and challenging in the most motivational of ways. She is an absolute powerhouse and an inspiration as a pregnant woman and a mother! Dori is fabulous with the little ones too and always willing to help you out and enable you to get the most out of the hour. I'd highly recommend Fun Mums Fitness Mum and Baby workout to anyone looking to get back into or maintain fitness post baby. It's such a great investment in yourself and your baby, with the added bonus of meeting a fantastic group of mums.

I have been coming along to Funmums Fitness classes on and off now for the past 4 years. I can reccomend every single session that I've completed including mum and baby sessions, 1to1 PT workouts, the 12 week body reboot programme, evening sweaty workouts in person and on zoom, and most recently I did a 12 week Nutrition programme with Emese after having my second baby. She did not judge me for all of the sugar I was consuming and I managed to start fuelling my body with the food it needed and dropped over 6lbs in the process! I had a personal training session with Dora, she exceeded my expectations with her knowledge and tailored our session to exactly the areas I wanted to focus on. She listens to client needs and works at a pace that works for you but also incorporates workouts that will give you results. I would highly recommend funmumsfitness not only to mums with young children but the PT sessions for me were amazing, Dora also helps you with your nutritional diet which is an added bonus.

Best Mummy-child exercise classes I’ve attended. If you are thinking “how will I get fit and still look after baby”, then your answer is Funmumsfitness. There are a range of great classes; bootcamp (indoors), boxing, gym-based and personal training (121 or small groups to share the cost). I attend the Tuesday morning class with my five month old. It was an easy class to walk into as a new mum, who came on their own. The ladies here are friendly, welcoming and determined. Some have been going for a few years, some a few weeks. This is a class where mums of two under 5s can confidently get some exercise done in the safe knowledge your kids will be entertained too.
My fitness has dramatically improved in the two months I have been attending: a great mix of high intensity cardio and weights. We ran a 5K for charity at the weekend and I was able to run the whole way round! Dora is an excellent, knowledgeable trainer and understands how far you can push (and protect) the female body post-pregnancy. She is funny, engaging and inspiring.
This is the most community-feel class I have attended across my two maternity leaves - there is a relaxed coffee in the cafe afterwards for those who like a chat too. Highly recommended

Dora is a brilliant PT, I love training with her! Not only does she really challenge me from a fitness perspective she subtlety works on building my confidence too. Each session is planned out in advance and yet she’s able to adapt on the fly when necessary. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

This class is amazing as you are able to bring your baby/toddler with you and still get a great workout. Dora is encouraging and you are able to go at your own pace so it is suited to all activity levels. Fun class with like minded moms always followed by a coffee if you would like to socialise and meet some fellow local moms! Highly recommend

I started attending fun mums fitness mother and baby classes when my daughter was 6 months old and my nerves about attending my first exercise class after giving birth were soon put at ease when I met Dora who was so friendly and knowledgeable and made me aware of diastasis recti and which exercise are best to help bring the muscles back together. It was so nice to attend a class with other mums and their babies because covid put a stop to most other parent and child classes. Lockdown resulted in the classes moving to online. I had never completed an online workout before but I still got so much out of it and was nice to feel like part of something even though everyone was physically apart. I'm so glad I was brave enough to attend the first session and look forward to continuing the classes in person. Highly recommended!

what I really loved is that with every exercise we did there were several options each time so you could chose which exercise was best for your abilities.
I cant wait untill lockdown is over so I can join Dora's classes!

If you are looking for someone calm, organised, knowledgeable of a human body (especially woman),Dori is the right one for you. I have been working with her for around two months and she creates different workouts every time I see her. She knows I need changes and challenges to be able to motivate myself. A wonderful way to keep fit when you have little ones. Upbeat and full of energy, the classes are designed with a post pregnancy body in mind, ensuring contraindications such as recent c-section scars or abdominal separation are considered. You can get your body moving while looking after your baby/child and at any point you can stop to feed or change them. Highly recommend for any mum who wants to exercise after pregnancy without the need for childcare.
