I’ve had a few personal trainers in the past and although they’ve help me tone up in general, I’ve never really understood how certain exercises work for certain parts of the body and especially what sort of diet I need to be on to get lean and lose fat while training. Jonathan has helped me understand how my body works and I’ve never seen results like this before. I’m so happy I found a trainer I’m 100% happy with and I’d highly recommend him!

Johnny is a great motivator and understands EXACTLY what is needed to get your body in shape not by giving you general exercises or a fad diet regime but he understands your physical, wellbeing and lifestyle needs in such a way that he can EFFECTIVELY tailor your program to your bespoke requirements . He really helped me take my fitness to the next level. NO BS. Just REAL results in a short period of time. If you are prepared to put in the work. Then the SKY is the limit. Thanks buddy. After the birth of my daughter, with the night feeds and finding myself again, I was feeling a little overwhelmed. I decided to give personal training a shot as fitness always helped with my confidence, sleep and general happines in the past.
I tried a couple of trainers first , they were a bit hit and miss to be honest, but then a friend recommended I try Jonny as he helped her so much with her post pregnancy healing.
I can not recommend him enough! With his vast knowledge, understanding and guidance he helped me to regain it all again. I feel so strong and happy inside out and I know most of this I owe to my fun morning PT sessions with him.
Jonny is a gem and the best PT I have come across.

Never mind all the BS you see on FB from Personal Trainers. You want a PT that can tailor your goals according to your fitness levels, age, metabolism etc. We are all built differently therefore; we need everything tailored accordingly. Johnny, understands the human anatomy, he’s very thorough and his goal is to meet your goals. Such a down to earth guy as well, highly recommended 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Johnny, has a great hands-on approach, and he's very determined to make sure that I reach my goal. Unlike other PTs, I've had in the past. Johnny takes note on my feedbacks and has drawn me a bespoke fitness plan. Which is why he stands out from the rest. Whilst other talks jargon, he listens and makes sure that ultimately his clients gets the result they aim for. Highly recommended 👌 👍

I can highly recommend Jonathans service. As a busy mum of 4 he produced a plan that works best for me and pushes me to reach my goals. He’s polite and friendly and the workouts never feel like a chore! Im genuinely in the best shape I’ve been in (post kids!) and put this all down to Jonathans constant motivation and patience with me!

I have been training with Jonny on and off for a few years now. What I like is that he pushes you but also listens to your input as well. A great knowledge of nutrition, strength and cardio workouts. I’ve really benefited from this ‘whole body’ approach.
