I recently approached Personal Fitness studio to help me improve my strength, flexibility and general fitness. Vikram quickly identified my needs and developed exercise routines all designed to help me achieve my goal of improving my competitive swimming times. The experience has been fantastic. After 6 months I have noticed significant all round improvement in all areas particularly with my strength and flexibility and I am swimming faster and for longer than ever before. Vikram provides expert guidance in a friendly environment with varied routines and exercises each week to keep me motivated. He is also very attentive to ensure all exercises are carried out safely and to achieve maximum gain. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Personal Fitness Studio.

I have trained with Vikram for nearly two years and it has been a very positive experience. I’ve been training with Vikram for nearly 18 months now. I started training once a week, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions snd now I am training with him twice a week.
Having a private gym just for his clients means he can focus on helping me achieve my goals and make every session challenging.

Last year my weight spiralled out of control and I decided to do something about it. I started running and doing spin classes but felt I needed to do some sort of weight / core exercises in addition to this. Instead of joining a gym, I decided to make use of a personal trainer twice a week.
Vik’s sessions were great, as they were varied which kept things interesting and the intensity levels increased as my fitness increased. I really liked the fact that Vikram has his own studio, as I would have been self conscious doing some the exercises such as burpees, jumping jacks etc in a regular gym.

I trained with Vikram for 10 weeks, to try to see if a different approach to training could improve my speed in kayaking.
He quickly assessed the strong and weak points in my muscle strength and targeted the sessions specifically to this, addressing fast twitch muscle response and my poor hip flexors. Having recently broken both wrists, I was impressed at his ability to adjust the workout to accommodate limitations, whilst still being both safe and effective. This can only be achieved if one has an in depth knowledge of biomechanics.
I only ended my sessions due to work commitments, but will definitely be back. The analytical perception he has sets him aside from the average.
