I can not recommend this guy highly enough. Working with Khris was amazing.
I had a personal goal to get fit before my Sons wedding in Cyprus and Kris was brilliant. He understood the challenge and guided me through it until we achieved a fantastic result.
Khris was great throughout every session. He is really friendly, relaxed and very knowledgeable so you always feel in safe hands. *Not* one of the shouty PT's but is constantly encouraging. I was inspired by how Kris mixed the exercises up, so using different methods and techniques to work the same muscle groups (great if the machine isn't free or you're at a different gym). The results speak for themselves - I lost the best part of a stone in just a few months.
Thank you so much for looking after me, Khris. You really inspired me to push myself, get fitter and be a better me. I couldn't have achieved anything if it wasn't for your constant support, guidance and friendship.
You're a legend.

Khris is a fantastic personal trainer - he really welcomes you to whatever space you're working in and understands your level of fitness & pushes you just enough to make you want to come back for more. I have also taken part in his 21 day challenge during lockdown and it was great to see how making small changes can change your mood and physical health!
I would 100% recommend Khris and his service, he's friendly, bubbly and always super energetic!

Khris runs wonderful friendly groups, it's so nice to go to a fitness class and not feel self conscious, I can gig-about to my heart's content knowing I'm in a safe space and no one is judging me.
This is to the credit of khris and his partner Sophie, to be honest I must be the biggest there but with them I never feel it. In these times where fitness is now an important factor their classes on line and in person are the place to be. I would recommend them to anyone who what's to get fit and enjoy the process!

Fantastic guy! Personal training sessions are fully tailored and made to fit each person, and shows great results. I was stuck with how to progress and move forward with nutrition and exercise but Khris made it really simple and explained everything. If anyone is looking for pointers or wants to learn how to properly get into fitness I would strongly recommend Khris’ classes or personal training sessions

Khris has supportee me with my fitness and diet for the past year and I can't recommend him enough. Khris has kept every session interesting with regular new exercises for each muscle group. I have always struggled to achieve my goal but thanks to Khris I have done that and continue to improve. A big part of this is thanks to Khris' support with managing my diet and teaching me tips and methods to each what my body needs without put unwanted weight on.

I love Khris' Zumba classes and have been going once or twice a week for over 5 years. The friendships and people are a highlight of my week as everyone is friendly and Khris promotes fun and inclusivity.
More recently, I have been subscribing to the online classes for Zumba, Legs bums and tums and Bodyblitz. These have been fantastic and helped me to lose weight as well as keeping me motivated and active in lockdown.

I started Zumba Gold classes with Khris at Wallace House in January. I was immediately warmly welcomed by him and all the ladies who attend his classes, some of whom had clearly been attending for a long time. It quickly became a highlight of my week. We then had to move to virtual classes on Zoom which worked really well. We had a few weeks back in Wallace House which were a joy. We’re doing pre-recorded classes for the time being but the music, exercise/dance remains a key part of my week. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I really miss Zumba with Khris. Luckily I can still get my fix online. Khris has made it really easy to continue to dance along to his great selection of music, following his clear directions. I went to see Chris on a PT basis. I am unfit and over fifty. Chris knew how to make me work hard but within my ability! He has supportive and positive approach which inspires you to keep going. Lockdown has put a halt to this, but hope to start again next year... had started seeing improved stamina and felt amazing after the sessions.
