Scott's been my pt since 2004, in that time I've lost weight, competed on the bodybuilding stage, had a baby, lost that weight and stepped back on stage again! Scott isn't a cookie cutter trainer that gives you the same routine as everyone else. Each client gets a programme suited to their needs and desires. Even though I'm a qualified PT myself, I still turn to Scott to keep my training at the next level. He's always motivating, friendly, understanding and above all extremely knowledgeable. Can't recommend highly enough!

Scott is a great trainer!! Nothing was motivating me to get into training until I started my PT's with Scott, he did me a meal plan and I trained with him regularly pushing me each time! He helped me shift atleast 3 stone! Highly recommended!!

Scott is an amazing and motivating PT. I had tried gyms before but could never get motivated to make the most of memberships. One visit to Scott a couple of years ago, and I've never looked back! Unlike other trainers who never seemed interested in what I wanted to achieve, Scott asked me what I wanted to achieve and where I wanted to be in the future and has helped me tone up and lift weights I never thought I'd be able to do when I started, as well as giving me tips on diet and cardio exercises to improve my overall fitness and energy levels.
