As a complete PT newbie, I was slightly apprehensive to have my sessions with Esther. However, I didn't need to be as Esther was kind, understanding and super personable.
Her fitness experience and knowledge are beyond and she really made me feel at ease about my own personal fitness journey. Not only that, but she made me think about what it was that I wanted to achieve in our sessions on a much deeper level which really helped me when I felt like I wanted to give up or was lacking in motivation.
My goal working with Esther was to gain some overall strength, to feel more confident working out and to eventually join a gym. I've since completed my sessions with Esther and now am a frequent gym-goer, I've even pushed myself to do a couch to 5k to work on my cardio fitness!
Thank you Esther for giving me that extra boost of fitness motivation that I needed and for providing a safe space to workout.

I would highly recommend Esther as a PT to anyone who needs a friendly supportive understanding trainer who will take the time to adapt the exercise routines to your capabilities. I loved my sessions with Esther and felt I was meeting with an old friend to catch up on news while we exercised. I was astounded by how much progress I made and how much new strength and stamina I had at the end of the programme. I will miss my sessions with Esther but if you get the chance to work with her, grab it with both hands!!!

Five DELUXE stars for Eternal Fitness! You may not know what your question is, but trust me Esther is the answer. To have the best personal training experience, even (especially!) if you've never tried it or are skeptical, you would be hard pressed to find a better person to work with. Esther offers incredible attention to your personal fitness needs and goals and tailors thoroughly enjoyable but very seriously results-oriented sessions that provide clear progression while never leaving you feeling overwhelmed or pressured. She makes you feel accepted as you are but encourages you to see the best of what you're made of with the best calibrated nudges; she is the consummate professional who also feels like a dear friend. Do yourself a massive favour and book your training with this amazing woman and you'll be on your own great fitness journey!

I met Esther through Safefit after my breast cancer diagnosis. I'd read that exercise and healthy eating were important factors in my recovery, however, I really didn't know where to start and what was safe. Esther worked with me and togerher we established some goals and she also helped me regain the confidence that my diagnosis had taken. Esther is very knowledgeable and worked at my pace, but she was also able to recognise when I was able to give a bit more. I feel I am extremely lucky to have met her and grateful how she helped me through a very dark time in my life. I now regularly exercise and have greatly improved my diet and most importantly I am still sticking to my goals. I think the main point is Esther makes her sessions fun, hard work but you don't notice that so much through the laughter! Would recommend 100%.

Esther is a wonderful trainer with her knowledge, high energy enthusiasm, sense of fun and ability to encourage you when you work out. She makes the time fly by. I was recovering from a major operation when I first met her and we worked together over 6 months to get my confidence and strength back. If I could I would have given infinite amount of stars. As someone who is a "newbie" to working out and everything fitness related, Esther gave me the confidence to push myself to my limit and she helped me set clear goals that helped me along my fitness journey.
