I joined Laura’s Worthing Bootcamp back in October after 8 weeks of PT & feeling ready to increase my frequency of workouts. I would never have thought I could do a ‘group exercise’ class let alone in a public place, but from the first session I was made to feel so welcome & Laura is brilliant at instilling you with confidence. I’m now doing 2 PT sessions a week and 3 Bootcamps and I am loving it! I’ve lost 2st in weight, made friends, seen massive changes in my shape, fitness levels & self confidence & cannot recommend Fit Happens Bootcamp enough!

Started coming to this Worthing Bootcamp in November to beat the “Winter Blues” - its also helped me massively with some mental health issues and I’ve even started going to the new Findon Gallops Bootcamp too - a great crowd, very friendly, welcoming and a real feel good factor - well done!
