Signing up with James, has quite simply, been life changing.
I originally signed up as I had put on too much weight, wanted to lose it, improve my appearance, get to know the kit in the gym better, and get fitter.
I've come on leaps and bounds in the gym, now loving compound movements (Deadlift, Squat etc) I would have never thought of trying before working with James.
In addition to the physical side and improved nutrition, I have also increased my mental strength. I have become more resilient to stress and a better leader in the workplace. I am better able to support staff, and bring my best each day.
I have become more confident, more comfortable in my own skin, and am evolving who I am, and who I want to be.

I contacted James just under a year ago as despite years of successful training with various programs, I lost my motivation and enjoyment of training after the 2nd lockdown. I put on weight, got into bad habits and needed a lifestyle and mindset change, not just a quick fix.

I've been working with James for the best part of a year now. I'm a coach/pt myself and due to my busy schedule and programming for my clients, I wasn't making the time to change up my programme as often as I should.
James has taken the stress away from me of doing that and I'm really pleased with the variety and progress I'm making from his programming. Also, being able to contact him via WhatsApp if I'm not sure about something is invaluable.

I can not rate James high enough. I have previously tried everything to lose weight and become stronger in the gym such as going it alone, various diet clubs/schemes and nothing compares to the experience that James has. James' programme isn't just about losing weight or becoming stronger physically, it also about becoming more mentally resilient and becoming confident in who you are.

I've been training with James on and off since June 2018. James is truly outstanding, he's very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He doesn't just get you to lift weights, he teaches you how and why; Whilst also making sure you have good form. In terms of food, he's changed my perception of it. James never put me on a "diet" while I've been with him. I can still eat whatever I want (within reason) as long as I maintain a caloric deficit. That's the key to weight loss, not diet shakes.

James is just full of knowledge and if noticed his always learning the modern methods. Iv seen him achieve amazing weight loss on women/ men but that’s not all he does. I’m a natural bodybuilder and he knows exactly what I need to be eating and he pushes me hard in the gym. My strength have gone up and so has my muscle mass thanks to James.
Iv had a couple of trainers in my time but not one of them come close to James’s knowledge. And his always there for his clients, he will reply to messages/calls always

I've been part of The Fit Project for nearly a year now and have loved every minute! The guys at The Fit Project are amazing and give you so much support! My challenge wasn't losing weight but gaining lean mass with out putting on fat and James did exactly that.. From meal planning to macro tracking he covered everything to make the process as simple as possible!
You truly feel a part of the family with these guys and everyone else who trains with them and everyone offers support.
So whether you need to start your journey in weight loss or like me needed to put on mass I truly recommend you give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!

I use James PT service fairly often, he definitely brings out the best in me, I always manage to push a bit harder than I do on my own, I find him motivating, his knowledge of exercise is second to none in my opinion. He’s also very knowledgeable about nutrition, I’ll use him again when I need diet advice.
Cannot recommend him highly enough, if you need a PT that works hard for you then James is your man.

although I have never liked the gym, I thought if had some help I may get on with it. James totally put me at ease - he is a brilliant coach; patient, positive and encouraging.

Started with the fit project on the 8 week programme, great meal plans, friendly HIIT classes, fantastic training programme and loads of support throughout. Finished the 8 weeks much lighter, inches lost and feeling healthy and good about myself so signed up for another 8 weeks with the same great results.
