I love the fact that you can mix and match the sessions at PW from attending in person at the studio or remotely on zoom. It suits me brilliantly being a busy working mum, that I can choose which one to do depending on workload or poorly kids for example.
The studio is smart, the sessions are fun, varied & only 30 minutes, which is another bonus and everyone is really friendly & welcoming.
I can’t recommend enough.

I couldn't recommend PW fitness more highly! I joined in July 21 and am still going strong 6 months later and I love it! Everything about it just works, the short 30 min sessions are so easy to fit in to a working day as there are so many different time sessions available there is always one to suit.
The work outs are hard work but enjoyable and mercifully short but effective, there is always an alternative exercise option for injuries of fitness/strength levels so they are tailored to you and suitable for everyone. The sessions are all instructor led and the instructors are great. In addition to the workouts there is also one to one check in sessions available whenever you want one to track your progress and help you where needed. The menus and recipe options have been really good in helping me make better choices and to boot the people that go are really friendly and there is a fb group you can join too so it feels more like a club! And the main thing is it it works, despite still enjoying the finer things in life ( namely alcohol and chocolate) I am thinner and fitter with more energy than I can remember!

Love this place! Great choice of training session times - in person, on zoom or even recorded. Great trainers . Constant motivational e mails and chat . Help with menu planning and nutritional guidance. Whether plan is to loose weight or gain muscle expert advice is available. Also regular Challenges help you get to know others and be accountable - making progress almost guaranteed!

Update 4th May 2022:
Eight weeks ago I broke my wrist snowboarding. Two weeks after I was able to start back at PW with tailored alternative exercises to any that would put any stress on my wrist. Fantastic support from Anthony, Mel and Nat to ensure that I didn't just vegetate during 6 week recovery. as of today my wrist still isn't back to normal but I'm able to do 95% of exercises.
The whole ethos of the PW trainers and members is very inclusive so "what you can't do" doesn't need to stop you doing what you can do - always an alternative.
Two and a half years in, and one and a half stone down, still highly recommended.

I joined PW on a one month trial in December 2019. I’m not a gym person and PW is not a gym. Instead you are joining a family, majority ladies, who ably led by Anthony and his team of coaches. After my promo month I signed for real, taking an exercise class most days of the week. Lockdown I came quick and PW rapidly pivoted to 5 prebookable live zoom classes per day. So throughout Lockdown I, II & III it’s been exercise everyday bar Sunday, I’ve never been fitter. For the last four weeks I’ve been on a Transformation Challenge led by Anthony covering diet choices as well as exercise. This has been fantastic, with small groups motivating each other and coached by Anthony. For me this year and a bit has been a great experience, not a cheap experience but well worth the investment, thoroughly recommended.

I have been with PW Physique and Fitness for 4 years now and I am very happy to say there is never a dull moment in the gym with lovely members who I consider now my family. With an invitation to try a taster session, I signed up for a 6-week challenge and just went from one year to another. Because the Studio is only 5 minutes away from my house, it’s accessible, no excuse not to workout. With a number of classes to choose from, I really have no reason not to join. Only half an hour per session, what’s not to like? But that 30 minutes of workout gears you up for the day. Although the Studio is closed due to the pandemic, we have live Zoom sessions so we can continue to train. Anthony Punshon, our elite trainer helps us get fit through exercise as well as teaches us good nutrition. No wonder the transformation of our members are incredible!

The early morning, mid morning, lunchtimes and early evenings sessions mean no excuses not to workout! plus there are recorded workouts accessible any time of day! And you can join on zoom anywhere!! I joined PW Physique and Fitness a few years ago. Not only did I lose weight and transform my body shape in a short space of time but they helped changed my mindset in regards to nutrition and fitness. Like many I put on weight during lockdown so PW was my first stop to get back on track as I know this programme works. I joined PW a year ago, I joined while the new studio was being put together and then we went into lockdown. Anthony and his team were amazing in making sure everything stayed as “normal” as possible and to make sure we all still had access to workouts and resources. He quickly and efficiently switched over to zoom workouts and kept us all connected. I managed to stick to working out and eating healthy while in lockdown and lost about 50lb. July 2016, at the age of 52 overweight, stuffing myself, binge drinking, very unhappy with me. I've never been a gym bunny, so when I came across an FB post by Anthony Punshon owner of PW Physique & Fitness offering a 21 day challenge I thought; local, not expensive what's not to like? so I signed up. Within 12 months I was 29lbs lighter but more importantly I am fitter, stronger and loving life. I am part of a family, the support and resources that are offered by Anthony and his team of instructors is like nothing I experienced before. The early morning 1/2 hr MX sessions are part of me, to the amazement of my husband who thought this would be another "fad". I have also learned how to understand my relationship with food and now have the desire to make healthier food choices. I cannot recommend PW highly enough, in fact the best thing I can say about becoming a full time member is my posts on FB have influenced 3 of my friends to take the challenge...all now members of the PW family!
*UPDATE* I’m 57, we live in Suffolk - I have retained the weight loss and have exercised solo via recorded workouts but since COVID all sessions are via Zoom and I love getting to exercise with my PW family early in the morning and I mean early … the first session is at 5.45am! So there is no reason not to join in the new fully equipped studio in Goring and if you’re at the stage where you know you need to change your life, do it and contact Anthony today. As I’ve always said ...DON’T JUST GYM JOIN A FAMILY!

I can not recommend Anthony and the team enough. I have been going to PW for 2 years and not only have I got fitter and leaner I have learnt so much about myself from what I eat and my confidence is through the roof. Everyone is treated as an individual but made to feel part of the PW family.

After trying several types of exercise PW Physique is the first gym that has worked for me. Friendly classes that are only 30 minutes long and knowledgeable helpful trainers that are on hand to help you and answer any queries you might have . Seriously the best decision I ever made

So in these challenging times it would have been so easy to give up , but PW have run live Zoom classes enabling me to continue with lots of support . Has your gym carried on through lock down? We have! Anthony Punshon takes 5 sessions a day and one on Saturday every week! There are recorded sessions for anyone who can't make the live ones. We meet every Monday evening for a fireside chat and Wednesday morning for breakfast club, we have a quiz every Friday night. Anthony has kept us going, and been dedicated to our success,.
To keep us more motivated we are doing a lock down bing challenge. Workouts are quick, only 30 minutes, and fun. Come and join us xx

I absolutely love PW Fitness. I have never enjoyed excercising so much and am literally addicted!! Such a great atmosphere and everyone is so supportive. Classes all through the day and start at 5.45 (for half an hour) which is perfect for a working mum like myself. I started to see my body change so soon and am now hooked!!!

Amazing, it is not just a gym! Anthony and his trainers are so supportive. I have tried every diet in the book, spent a fortune joining various gyms and classes. With the same results each time, start off dropping a few pounds, then get disillusioned and give up.
This is just so different. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, there is a real feeling of mutual support.
It’s not just about exercising, Anthony is passionate about nutrition and with his support and phenomenal knowledge, I have lost weight, I am fitter and stronger and more toned than I have been for years.

I have been attending session at PW Physique and Fitness for almost five month after a trail period. I look on it as physio for my underlying health conditions. In all honesty, it was a good choice to continue for thanks to Anthony’s super staff, his progressive training methods and the friendliness of others who attend ; It has become part of my day’s routine on the alternating three or four times I attend per week.
There are plenty of sessions to suit a time for everyone, so no excuses to miss out. Accountability is key, you show up, you apply yourself and the results speak for themselves.
That’s why I rate this five stars, not less. Any less would be an injustice to everyone who is part of the PW Family.

Anthony and his team of trainers create a real family feel to the studio. The 30 minute workout sessions fit easily into anyones busy schedule due to the many available each week. The workouts are catered to all levels so whether you haven't worked out in years or are uber fit they will still challenge you.
The challenges bring an added element of self amd team competition to the studio with Ace prizes as incentives to reach for your goals.
The trainers are on hand to talk you through any issues be it nutrition or injury and help keep you on track, with the added bonus of your full body composition to show you your targets there really is no way you cannot succeed. 3 months in and 2 stone down I can't rate it highly enough!!!

I joined just over a month ago and have already lost half stone and 2 inches off my waist and inch of my hips. Anthony is a fantastic trainer and all the clients are so friendly and encouraging.
Due to a back condition and after a recent major operation I haven't exercised for some time. Anthony ensures I workout correctly and adjust my exercises accordingly and I can already see and feel the difference.

Joined this amazing studio back in July 2016 after seeing a post on FB. Turned out to be a complete life change for me...I was 3 stone overweight, uninterested in what I was stuffing into my mouth and also previously had horrible experiences of being in a gym. What a difference this place is...you are made to feel welcome from the day you walk through the door. Now I am part of a family, have lost ALL that extra weight and get up early o'clock to ensure that I get my exercise in. I can't recommend this bootcamp and their trainers enough. The times fit in with me, the programmes are easy to follow and get amazing results. You only need to look at the website to see so many amazing transformations.
I never thought bootcamp would be so much fun. I very rarely find something that makes me want to get up and exercise in the morning and sets me up for the day. On top of that, I've lost weight, lost inches and toned up.
