Fantastic service, passed first time with 0 minors on my final and most important driving test. My instructor Mark was flawless and I hope for everyone else wishing to do this course has him as their instructor, his calmness and way of words to help you understand the roads and also the truck made me feel at ease and focus on what I was there to do. Even going down to the revision for the theory tests I was given, the phone app/website I was given made revising so much more easier than the standard ones that would cost me a small fortune to use and was able to learn a lot very quickly with not a great deal of effort needed. 100% the training company I will recommend to anyone for the foreseeable future.

Have to say these guys know what there doing ,From start to finish they are excellent any troubles just ask all the help is there . Took my fast track HGV training with then along side the drivers CPC and all theory tests and even an NVQ to go with it , excellent tutor mark gilroy who is 5 star and a brilliant teacher , all staff to be fair are ace friendly and make you feel at ease . Thanks and would highly recommend their services to anyone

Ok I've had to rewrite this review as it didn't post my first one I'd wrote so I'm writing another as it warrants one. I've just completed my HGV C+E Class1 at Gatewen training, the staff there are more like a little family unit which where extremely professional from start to finish whether on the phone or e-mail with Ligia or Wayne the Manager to Mark there lead instructor, and what an instructor he is, he was calm with positive and precise instructions explained in a manner that I could understand which kept me calm and focused on each stage of the course, Mark has life long experience in trucking and it shows in his passion for the profession from driving to safety and everything inbetween, I would like to thank Mark for making this dream I've had for a very long time a reality. From start to finish the training was excellent. Passed my CPC and class C LGV tests first time, practical and theoretical. All the staff are so friendly and supportive, really enjoyed it and now I have my licence 😊🚛

Very nice set up, easy to find, no issue parking, friendly atmosphere. I attended an F.L.T. refresher course with 2 others, plenty of time spent making sure we were understanding of what we needed to know and do, pleasant experience for sure A*

I popped in to Gatewen for advice on hgv as its that bit confusing on Goverment websites. Zoe was so helpful as well as her work colleague ,whilst I had a coffee Zoe explained every I need to do going forward, I took away paperwork and later that same day was also emailed info about further things we discussed hgv related they ate very thorough and explained every thing to me so I now understand how when and how much it costs. thank you .
