I have trained with Bryant for almost 2 years now and he is fantastic. He is full of knowledge and always gives you insight into why your doing something and how it works which I find really useful. I’ve had 1:1 sessions and a group woman’s boxing class on a Thursday which always pushes us to our max whilst mainly having fun. Great PT would seriously recommend.

I’ve been having weekly gym sessions with Bryant for a number of years now, and have enjoyed every single one. I’ve lost around 18kg over that time, dropped three dress sizes and feel so much better in myself physically and mentally. I’m stronger than I ever have been and now continue to do the best I can with Bryant including now heavy weight lifting which I love. He’s extremely passionate and knowledgable, I’d recommend him in a heartbeat!

This is my 2nd review. If you are still making your mind up about PT Bryant is by far the best. Just contact him, you won't regret it. Three years now ive been PT ING with Bryant and not had any repeated sessions. Today was no exception. Stress levels were high before the weekend and had dropped by this morning but Bryant knew exactly how to get the best from me with the session he had pre planned. Worked hard but still had fun. He knows how to get the best from his clients. Awesome. Thankyou Bryant.🏋️

I've also been training with Bryant for two years now and not had one repeated session. He listens to your needs and moods and works around any issues. Very knowledgeable. Don't think you can't exercise or make a difference. With Bryant anything and everything is possible 🙆 .so much so for me.. .no longer seeing a consultant re a debilitating blood disorder that has an intolerance to exercise... Really. Thank you Bryant.

Brilliant trainer, definitely one of the best I have trained with and would recommend to anyone! He knows how to get you motivated so that you continue to improve without you realising it! Workouts are great fun, he's serious when he needs to be but can have a laugh, which makes exercise much more bearable!

One of the most knowledgable and enthusiastic personal trainers I've met. Sessions are always interesting and no 2 are the same, he is also very understanding to individual needs and will happily adjust a session if you're not quite feeling it. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Really good Pt, a little crazy but it works for him. I started playing american football and we have done a lot of sport specific training that has really helped but my strength ready for the season start. Would and have recommended to friends and colleagues.
