Damian has completely changed my perspective on fitness for the better. He’s extremely knowledgeable and incorporates a wide variety of exercises into each session. He takes into account personal goals and moulds each session around you, the client. He freely shares his knowledge, informing you which muscles each exercise is using, how to safely use equipment, and how to avoid injury, and so is an excellent starting point if you’ve never been to a gym before, or lack confidence in the gym.
I had never been to a gym before working with Damian, but I trust his expertise and am now confident to go to the gym independently alongside continuing to attend PT sessions.
He looks scary but he’s friendly, kind and a great laugh. He’s generous, understanding, laid-back and very approachable.
I’ve learned so much about fitness and improved my own personal fitness greatly in the time I’ve worked with Damian so far and can’t recommend him highly enough!

I hired Damian to assist me with compound movements, correcting issues with my technique. He was kind and caring, and explained things in a way that made sense to someone with minimal experience. I had my first 45 minute personal training session with Damian last week and it was great! I have never trained upper body before and was not comfortable in knowing how to use the gym equipment to train this. After telling Damian my goals, he demonstrated the work outs that I should do and ensured that I was comfortable when practicing each exercise. He talked through form, using the appropriate weight and used terminology that was easy to understand. Damian is friendly and engaging yet doesn’t let you slack and ensures you push yourself in the work out!
I already feel more confident in knowing some exercises to repeat next time I’m in the gym and looking forward to more personal training sessions. Would definitely recommend this PT!

Damian redefines personal training and takes it to the next level! It is easy to train hard but it is always a matter of training smart!! Damian doesn’t just help me rehab from knee fracture and ankle sprain, his strategy of training also covers strengthening in order to avoid future injuries. I would absolutely recommend Damian as a personal trainer. He is always very professional, but also very friendly, and has helped me so much since I first started training with him.
I had limited knowledge of weightlifting before I started sessions with him. Now I could enter any gym and feel comfortable knowing I can easily apply what I’ve learned from him.
Not only do I feel comfortable in the gym, I have also noticed that his sessions have made an impact in my everyday life. I feel healthier and stronger, and he even encouraged me to start exercising outside of our sessions together.
Damian also has excellent knowledge when it comes to weightlifting, and always explains the benefits of an exercise and how to perform them safely and correctly.

Damian is quite simply the best Personal Trainer I've met before . His technique is very clever , so much so that you dont actually realise you are working out until the next day! He explains muscle movement very well and pushes you in a way to achieve your best but without suffering. Great interpersonal skills and empathy for my chronic fatigue.
