T. C. B.Definition Body Coaching is a great facility with even better PT's. I have trained with Justin for several years now and his knowledge and enthusiasm for fitness is top class. There is no way I would have stuck with it had it been a 'normal' gym facility. There's no overcrowding, no queueing for machines and its always full of friendly faces. What more could you want.
