Hannah is without a doubt one of the loveliest, most down to earth and accommodating PTs. She always encourages me to push myself (but never with anything that would be completely out of what I’m capable of!) and I’m learning so much from these sessions. Not just on form or the strength work itself but also mindset and extra things like nutrition and understanding about muscle growth etc.
I’ve always enjoyed exercise to an extent but I genuinely look forward to these sessions as one of my favourite times of the week, and that is thanks to Hannah and her amazing ethic as a PT. ☺️

Hannah is really enthusiastic, approachable and passionate! Really enjoy her spin classes, she's so friendly and also a very patient teacher when I've done circuits classes and don't quite know what to do lol 😆 highly recommend Hannah a fab PT

I have been with Hannah since July and I can honestly say Hannah has changed my life. I am 61 overweight and not at all fit. In this last 5 months I have lost 1st 4lbs which some will say is not much but I have lost 2 inches from tops of my legs 1 1/2 inches from tops of my arms and dropped 2 dress sizes. Hannah set me challenges taking into account my age and weight. I can now run up the stairs without needing oxygen at the top. Walk run and even playfootball with my grandchildren. I enjoy all the excercise I do each day especially the walking. Hannah does not judge me but encourages me. She does not tell me what I can or can't eat but again encourages me to eat healthy. I feel more confident and much healthier than I have done for quite some time. I would recommend Hannah to anyone she is a very talented and understanding of your needs. My exercises are planned round my daily routine too. She is always at the end of the phone if you need her. Hannah has certainly changed my life.
