Really great sessions! Jason finds a way to make the sessions challenging for everyone, no matter your level of strength or fitness, so it's really inclusive. Great way to get fitter and stronger, and also improve technique thanks to Jason's guidance. Would really recommend.

I love the (good) aches that I come away with after every session ! 😁 The variety is what keeps things interesting for me. There is never two sessions that are alike...Jason works with you and helps you with your strengths and weaknesses. He knows exactly when and where to push you harder . I could not recommended MoreTone enough. I am a shift worker and it really helps how flexible Jason is when fitting sessions in around my shifts. Try it you won't be dissapointed ☺️💪

Jason is a fantastic PT and all-round fitness coach. I first joined Jason as I approached my 40th birthday, apprehensively starting with HIIT classes – never in my life had I felt so motivated to give 100% at 6am, combining classes with PT I was soon addicted and in the best shape ever!
Jason has a natural ability to make everybody feel at home, whatever stage you’re at, there’s a real sense of community driven by his friendly approach and his group classes are always varied with independent, pair and team work. He’s more than just a physical coach, he’s a mentor too. He will work with you to understand your goals and actively listens to your emotional needs to ensure he keeps his clients on track and in the right frame of mind, with nutritional advice too (if you want it).
Throughout lockdown Jason has kept the whole crew going with online classes and 1 to 1 contact and I know we're all raring to get stuck in again with safe and socially distanced classes next month.

MoreTone Fitness is brilliant. Jason is such a great instructor; he is really kind and knows his stuff. He modifies the activities for all abilities/injuries. Sessions are fun, varied and build all over strength as well as getting me fitter. Jason's exercise classes are the best ones I've been to. Jason has also helped me to finally loose a little bit of excess weight - and keep it off - result! I fully recommend Jason and MoreTone Fitness.

Jason is awesome. He responded to my PT query with all the right answers to my questions, and I felt comfortable talking to him immediately. The sessions were varied and lots of fun – I would often arrive bit apprehensive and lacking in energy but leave fully energised and chuffed at Jason having got me to tackle new challenges. He tailors exercises to ensure that workouts are effective, and that plus his positive attitude, are helping me to turn my fitness and strength around. He has whipped me into shape, and I feel heaps better for it in general.
Along with the PT sessions, I do his group classes. These are always fun but challenging, Jason always mixes it up so there’s a variety of different exercises, so it never gets boring or predictable. There’s a cracking group of people who come along and whilst they motivate you, no-one takes themselves too seriously, so I enjoy going along to workout with them.
Jason is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about everything related to exercise and nutrition. That aside, he’s just a lovely bloke who you can tell genuinely wants people to feel better about themselves from exercising. So yes – I whole-heartedly recommend him!

I go to Jason's classes to build my fitness and now use the nutrition group to support me to get some weight off. Jason sends a monthly, personalised calorie and macro plan which is logged on the group each week and sometimes more often. Jason is supportive and gives lots of good advice and the people in the group are great for supporting each other through the journey. I'm nearly at my target now but am going to stay with the group for the continual support.

Such an amazing personal trainer. Each session is tailored to my needs and building my confidence! Not only do I see results I also have fun! Just before Christmas i really went out of my comfort zone and signed up for the circuit class. Jason made me feel welcome and comfortable within the class! I really look forward to Saturday morning classes now they are challenging, fun and rewarding. Not only has Jason helped me achieve my body goals he has also build my confidence and self esteem.

Would highly recommend Jason's class (with creche) at Little Green Rascals for mums. It is a great way to get in shape and build up some core strength after having kids. I had never done anything like it before and it has been a revelation. The classes are really varied and cover legs, arms, core etc. I never thought I'd be enthusiastic about a fitness class - he has even got me boxing (and loving it!)

I highly recommend Jason for your 1to 1 personal training needs, he tailors a diet plan specifically to your needs, and has the upmost professional approach when coaching you through your workouts, (even if you aren’t that fit) he is by far the best personal trainer I’ve paid. I have lost 2stone, and kept it off. Even through a time where I’m not able to make it to training, he’s been there to guide me to loose weight. And sent me a diet plan to follow. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s just as passionate at getting you your goals as the client is. He runs classes as well as doing personal training, and he is always quick at responding to messages. All this for a reasonable price. If you want to change your eating habits and get fit. This guy is your man.
