I have been training with Rupert for over 2 years now and I could honestly not recommend him enough. From our first consultation I felt comfortable and confident with my choice as his level of professionalism and knowledge is second to none he is extremely punctual and is always set up ready to go for our outdoor sessions which is really important to me given my schedule balancing 2 kids and my business. I've seen amazing results with weight loss and fitness but most importantly in my health which is what he cares about the most. I now look at exercise and nutrition completely differently and have managed to maintain my goal weight for over a year. If you are like me and have struggled to stay consistent and don't like big groups or going to a packed gym then give Rupert a go and i'm sure you won't be disappointed !
