I started training with Nick because I was determined to be able to do my first pull-up and I wanted to get stronger on my bench, deadlifts, and squats. Nick is an AWESOME trainer. Not only did he help me accomplish my first pull-up but several after that. I was able to increase all my lifts with him training me. I've had several trainers over the years and he's my favorite for a lot of reasons. He's really down to earth/kind person and really wanted to help me meet my goals in a way that fit my schedule and life.

Nick is perfect trainer and I highly recommend him to anyone with goals. He helped me achieve an impossible goal (in my mind) in just 2 months. I went to the gym pre-pandemic just looking to lose weight and instead I made a lifestyle change and I have to say Nick is the only reason why. I walked into that gym just trying to lose weight and then my health turned my gym sessions into physical therapy and set me back but Nick was great at keeping me on track, adapting my workouts to my unexpected health needs, and helping me retain the strength I had, regain any I lost and day by day get stronger all while being a genuinely nice, funny and personable human to work with. He continually would put the needs of his clients first and because of that for a reserved girl like me that meant the world. 10 out 10 I highly recommend working with him, you will not regret it ever. If you wanna get strong or just lose weight you definitely will working with Nick and you’ll have a good time.

Nick, trained me in 2017 and I would not be at my fitness routine that I am currently on if it were not for his foundation. Some background of me, I am an artist and I was not raised with the discipline of "exercise" in fact it was far from it. During Nick's training I was going through a bad breakup, I was working out 7 days a week...to meet goals for a particular music video. Once my training ended with Nick it did not stop there, he continued to keep a professional mentor/friendship with me and provided steps that I am now presently taking with a new trainer in my current residence in Florida. I am now working out 5 days a week and getting ready for measurements. What I am trying to say, is Nick got me to see that with a plan or goal in mind, consistency, and dedication you can achieve a healthy lifestyle. I began working with Nick to get in shape for my 50th birthday, that was 6yrs ago. He understood my concerns and helped me reach my goal. They way he held me accountable for my success was amazing. The motivation and encouragement to help me stay the course was great. Giving nutritional options for my chocolate chip cookie cravings, alternative to pastas. OH he LOVES Tacos 🤣 My experience with Nick was beyond no other and I had to seek him out even after him moving to the UK. He understood the assignment even working to help me through a knee issue. Having trained with Nick for years in the US, I can say that he is absolutely one of the best in the business. I had absolutely no experience working out before we met, but Nick was absolutely wonderful with me and made me feel comfortable from the start. Not only did he listen carefully to my goals and help me design a workout regimen around them, but he always enthusiastic and friendly every time we met. Nick has this incredible ability to both push you, while never coming off as intimidating or making you feel inadequate. He was always encouraging, and constantly took stock of my progress, making goals I once thought impossible suddenly look achievable. To this day, his exercises, advice, and guidance still form the basis of my workout routine. I cannot possibly recommend him more!

I began working with Nick when I was in my 70s and more interested in enhancing my mobility than increasing my strength. It was clear early on that Nick was designing my workouts to meet my needs and after a few weeks I trusted him explicitly to provide challenging workouts that increased both my mobility and strength yet would not lead to unwanted injuries. I am now in my 80s and independently using some of the routines that Nick provided for me. If he were still in town, I would be working with him regularly. He was also willing to explain what was happening physically, which muscle groups were involved, and the importance of sequencing different exercises. Nick is also an engaging, interesting individual so the workouts are enjoyable.

Nick was my trainer in the US and I miss him so much. I've tried a few after he left but none have been as great for me. I met Nick when I joined a gym and they gave us one free training session. I really didn't want one because I'd had a bad experience with one previously. But I'm so thankful that I accepted.
I was 60 when I started with him. I had a back ground of being a gym rat many years before. He totally took my experience into consideration but also my age and time since I'd last been in a gym. He worked me just had enough, giving me a nudge (or a little more) when I needed it. No two workouts were the same so never boring. I hated to do squats and told him I didn't want to do them becaue I'd be injuried doing them. He assured me I wouldn't get hurt and walked me though how to build up my confidence. I still do squats to this day and still hear Nick's voice - "you got this".
I also am a diabetic. Which came into play during one pretty hard workout. Nick recognized the signs and quickly sat me down and went and got trailmix of his own to bring my sugar back up. It's pretty scary to have a blood sugar low and I am still thankful to him for helping me through that.
I highly recommend him, if you are just beginning or a heavy gym rat. He has great knowledge and super cool guy.

I was sorry when Nick left the USA for the UK. He's a great trainer--never laughed at my less than stellar achievements, always encouraged me to keep trying. He also gives good advice on nutrition and related health/fitness issues.
