We saw Ace advertised and called them initially when we had a wasps nest and decided to switch to them for a yearly contract for rodents. Ace offers competitive prices compared to the big companies. Very satisfied with their professional service and they always respond promptly. Jamie always calls beforehand and then arrives on time for the three service visits we have yearly. Jamie is always polite and friendly and offers good advice on improvements we can make to help prevent and control rodents. He is very knowledgeable. Phoned mid morning about a rat in my toilet. Operative Andrew called me back to discuss the problem. I decided to have a rat flap fitted. Two hours later he was here to fit it. Tidy job, well explained, at a fair price. Perfect all round. If I'm unlucky enough to need pest control again I will definitely use them!

Very impressed with response from Jamie at Ace Pest Control. Had some bees nesting in a corner of the car port and not sure what to do about it. Sent Jamie a photo and he said they were using an old bird's nest but would disappear in a month or so and would be best to leave them alone. Review by Michelle: I contacted Ace Pest Control as there were a couple of false widow spiders outside of my bedroom window. I panicked as have read the media-hype surrounding these spiders. Jason called me back quickly and reassured me. He, quite rightly, told me to just let them be and he wasn’t going to charge me to come out to remove them etc. In my opinion, he could’ve quite easily charged me to deal with them. I’m sincerely impressed with his honesty and integrity. I’d 100% recommend this company.

I called Ace after hearing noises in my loft. Andy from Ace came out the following day. He identified rats in the loft and set about trying to identify where they were getting in. Numerous visits later and preventative measures in place the rats were still coming in. Every time I called Andy responded promptly and efficiently always answering my numerous questions. After many searches Andy identified the rats coming up from the drains. Work has now been completed and no rats. Would highly recommend Andy from Ace, thoroughly professional, reliable and really knows his rats, takes the time to answer all your questions and go the extra mile. Certainly would recommend such a brilliant service and professional guy.

Wow, this company offers an exemplary service - spoke to a lovely lady when I called early this morning. Within 3-4 minutes Jason had called me back. He then had Andy pop around this afternoon, who was absolutely BRILLIANT- the unenviable task of rooting around the loft for dead animals. The cause was something else but he patched up what he could whilst we await the correct materials. The main thing is the awful sewerage smell has been eliminated from the main bathroom which is wonderful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, have already mentioned it to my neighbour!

Jason rang me within minutes of calling their office. He advised me I didnt need to waste my money as the problem i was descibing wasnt a nest but a simple Mining bee situation. He reasured me I had nothing to worry about and that they will be gone in a few weeks. We called Ace Pest Control as we had a swarm of bees moving in and out of our roof. I contacted their head office and the lovely lady I spoke to said she would get Jason, their man in our area, to give me a call. He called me back within minutes of my putting the phone down and was at our door about an hour later. Strangely when we led him and his colleague to where we had seen the bees, they were all gone! He explained that they were likely a displaced swarm looking for a new home and had just checked our roof out before deciding to move on. We felt a bit silly calling them out and there then being no bees anymore! But they told us not to worry and that it happens all the time, and to call them if they come back. They didn't even charge us for the callout, which was super nice of them! They clearly new their stuff, were absolutely lovely, consumately professional, arrived incredibly quickly and from the research I did, were cheaper than many of the other big pest conrtol companies out there. I can't recommend them enough! Please do try these guys first if you have a pest problem and they serve your local area!

I had a wasps nest which was very difficult to reach and an emergency as I have young children. I contacted a Jason from Ace Pest Biggleswade and he came out within a couple of hours on a weekend. He was professional and friendly and got rid of the nest for us. The wasps did not return and the problem was fixed!! Happy customer.

I had Jamie come out to my company regarding a pest problem on Monday, after lifting the drain cover he suggested that we contacted a drain clearing company to put a CCTV down to check the drain. We did as he suggested and they found an old open drain that the pests were using to gain entry to our kitchen and sealed it off. THIS IS FROM A CLIENT 9/11/18 "Seeing my newly thatched roof being attacked and disfigured by what I suspected were mice, I rang A.C.E Pest Control and was impressed that an expert could call within the hour. On arrival he closely inspected the damage and gave his opinion that the damage was being caused by crows. In addition he looked at the measured I had taken and judged that I was doing all that could be done. He then suggested changing the covering wire position, which made a lot of sense". Friendly Pest Control Company always available when you need them. I called them out for a rat problem ( partly caused by the proximity of a chicken run at the bottom of my garden, not a problem really, I like fresh eggs! ) because the rats enjoyed the chicken feed more than the chickens! However Ace Pest Control soon put paid to the rats and they have not returned, yet! They will be back, this is the countryside but I know who to call if they become a problem again.
