After discovering a substantial wasp nest in our home and calling Lee, he attended on the same day and dealt with the problem efficiently and effectively. A follow up call was made a few days later to ensure no wasps had made a return. I have no hesitation in recommending Lee to anyone experiencing pest control problems and was very grateful that he was able to come out so quickly.

I phoned and got an appointment for the same day. Lee was very knowledgeable and efficient. He thoroughly checked the whole house showed us where the mice were active, pointed out entrypoints and told us how to close them. Our mice problem has been sorted now, but I would definitely use this company again if I had another pest problem.

It had been noticed that a small number of bees had been entering and exiting our property via the extractor fan outlet for our cooker hood. After making a call to Belfast pest control, their specialist Lee was with us within the hour. He assessed the outlet and found the occupants to be carpenter bees. The nest however must have been located somewhere within the wall cavity making it unreachable and near impossible to remove and relocate. The low amount of traffic showed the nest was probably in its infancy and recommended treating now before the number increased or they potentially caused structure damage to the woodwork as is common with this particular species. Within 15 minutes the job was completed for an affordable price and assured that if any further issues arise, simply to call. 5* all round and very grateful for the help!!

I thought I had carpenter bees outside , above my bathroom which can cause significant damage to wood, so I arranged to have them exterminated . Lee from pest control arrived this evening . Once here , he explained that the bees were in fact bumble bees , which I know do not cause any damage and the nest only lasts a few months. I was happy to leave the bees , and offered to pay Lee the agreed call out fee, but he wouldn’t take anything from me. Really impressed with the service and will be recommending to my friends. My elderly mother heard about this company from a friend who was having trouble with mice in her elderly parents house, Lee called when he said he would, did a complete inspection of the property & outside boiler house & even looked in her attic. He set bait all over the house & called back shortly after to check everything. The company is very reasonably priced, their staff are very polite, professional & helpful. We had an occasion recently where we had to contact Lee again & even though he was extremely busy he called with my mum at 8.30pm to sort her problem out & told her if she had any more problems to contact him at any time day or night. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends or family.

Technicians were out when I called but Lee returned my call fairly promptly. He was able to call out that day and had the wasp nest dealt with quickly and professionally. In addition he was a lovely bloke with a great manner and it was a pleasure having him do the work. I would recommend this business and Lee specifically.
